That's good to hear. I think I would have been really disappointed as he seems genuinely nice.

Yes we had to sign docs to say we wouldn't disclose the result, and then we were advised to come off social media. It aired last week, 11 months after filming!

@mumsiedarlingrevolta - sort of. You have to sign an agreement about the terms & conditions. If you won, told people before your show aired & they found out, they can take the winnings back.

It was a fun day. Lots of footage couldn't be used because it was rude / sweary / cracked us all up too much! I'd love to do it again.

Just want to say how envious I am. I have applied 3 times and had one phone interview, but not made it yet!

I know I would be very pissed off if someone went minus if I made it.

What was the episode/season number

Great to hear from a fellow contestant - I was on in early December but unfortunately didn't win. We got Paul Sinha and there was only two of us in the final. However, it was a very interesting experience.

Have you tried for any other quizzes? I've applied for Millionaire and just wish they'd ring me back!

I was fuming at her. Then she hardly contributed anything to the final chase. I think she got two questions right but they were easy and the only thing that made the difference was the extra step they get for the number of contestants

I always said if I got on and someone took a big enough minus offer from me, I would pass on every question in the final chase. I know it's very spiteful, but would the programme allow it do you think?

We watch every day here and am wracking my brains-am guessing you don't want to say who you are but do remember the Beast being beaten quite convincingly last week-think by a team of 4?

I really love Darragh (Irish chaser) - this is him as a contestant on The Chase. All of the other contestants went for minus figures - not sure how he stayed civil.
