I feel a bit sorry for Fritz. He had to put up with all sorts of antics from the other side of the net (and the stands!).

I only got to see the last few games.

Jane Apostolos was getting himself into trouble- or getting Stef in to trouble- because he kept getting caught coaching.
They all know he does it- I'm not sure why he is allowed to stay court side.

Stef is very popular there.

I'm surprised Apostolos hasn't been banned Raahh. He just can't stop doing it. Did Taylor complain?

Jane he is. I think they would have been very disappointed if he had lost.

Jo Durie was getting a bit cross with the noisy crowd and the daft 'booing' noises early on, though

Jane I'm not sure if Taylor complained- but the umpire was onto him- and Stef got a couple of code violations. At one point the umpire had a little word with Stef about it at the change of ends.

I don't see how it's of any help to Stef and could end up being a hindrance and costing him points.

Jane I agree- it can't help Stef, and is just distracting.

Oh dear, Rafa’s in a bit of trouble here.

Early on, I was score watching when I woke up and I half expected to get up to a Rafa win- but this was always going to be back tricky match. When I did get up, Denis had just won the 3rd- looks like it could go to a 5th now. I'm getting Tsitsipas flashbacks to last year...

I've just managed to put the TV on to actually watch a bit before I start the school runs. Might be a bad idea
I've just been reading that Shapo was arguing with the Umpire over Rafa's time keeping - and the umpire accused him of easting mote time whilst arguing about it.
Yesterday's umpire in the Stef match was very quick to press the start button the shot clock- I imagine the rallies have been a bit longer in this match.

I wonder how many times Shapo's win over him in Canada has been mentioned?

I was awake at about 5.30am when Rafa seemed to be coasting to a win, briefly thought about getting up to watch the match and then went back to sleep!

Just woken up to see that Rafa won - phew!

Will hopefully watch a bit of Gael/Matteo later

I'm back - until school run part 2.

FIzzy I just kept thinking Rafa was going to throw away a lead like he did against Stef last year. That match was nuts- I was all set to walk the dog, because I decided it was all over at about 5-5 in the 3rd set, and Rafa was 2 sets up. .

Bit worried about what they are eating over there - first Matteo needed imodium, and now Rafa has stomach problems!

I know Raahh poor Rafa - I did see a tweet asking if he would be writing Gracias Tums on the camera after his match

It looks very hot out there - I think I saw the magic A/C hose make an appearance in his previous match!

Right I’d better get up - I’ve got the house to myself (for a change) - might stay in bed and watch tennis all day!

Hello fellow tennis watchers and hurrah for Rafa this morning!

Please would you be able to help me out with a problem I’m having with watching the AO through Eurosport on Amazon prime? Im assuming that many of you are watching through Prime.

I can’t seem to get commentary for some of the matches. It was fine for Rafa this morning but now I’m watching Barty and there is no commentary. But I know that there is commentary somewhere out there as I also have the discovery app on my phone (only for the tennis) and I can hear the commentary when I watch the match on my phone!

Im obviously doing something wrong on the tv but I don’t know what.

And I would really like to sort it in time for Montfils/Berrettini so that I don’t have to watch it on a small screen slightly cross eyed.

Well I can't help with watching through Prime, I'm afraid- I'm just watching it on the 2 Eurosport channels I have. I think I have to pay extra for the ES bit on Prime(?) at least that is what I discovered during one tournament last year.
I hope you manage to get sorted!

I will probably miss a chunk of the Gael/Matteo match- I have said I will take ds to the dentist (he needs a filling) for 11.

Good win for Barty, she really looks unstoppable.
She plays Madison Keys next- I do like Madison, she has had some big setbacks, but hopefully it will be a good match.

When I have been watching tennis on Prime in the past if you watch the main coverage (usually the first screen/square) rather than clicking on the individual match you usually get commentary - hope you get it sorted - I’m hoping for a good match (finally moved from bed to settee - I’m having a bit of a lazy day!)

I checked the score at about 4.30am and thought Rafa had the match sewn up - very relieved he came through eventually!
Felt sorry for Pegulia there, she couldn't do anything.
I can't decide who I want to win here, really like and enjoy watching both.......and both would be a serious test for Rafa.......

Sorry Well I'm also watching via Eurosport but Prime often only have commentary on their live feed...sometimes the match feed doesn't have any....
