I'm here Majestic still in my pyjamas! I stayed up late watching the women again.

I am a very shallow person. But Cilic outfit is winning over Rublevs horrible orange combo.

I was out longer with the dog than I intended. I'm glad to see Marin has the first set though I do like both .

Andrew always does look a bit like he's just got out of bed.

Having got up later than usual I have lost control of the TV but would quite like to watch a bit of Cilic/Rublev - maybe Cilic will win today!

I think Dustin Brown is the only person I didn’t mind beating Rafa - I’m sure it’s not got anything to do with those lovely eyes

I remember Dogs beating Rafa at Queen's a few years back- and although I was sad - I didn't mind too much, because I was a big fan of the Dog.

Rublev- and possibly Stan- are two players who can make white look scruffy .

Cilic seems to be playing well- it would be nice to seem him have a good run.

I did not expect this result, I must admit - but am very pleased for Marin.

Andrey has years ahead of him though, and I'm sure he will bounce back from this.

Funny how Marin likes the cooler conditions in the evening and finds it easier to hit the ball and Rafa said the complete opposite

Jane Andrey is like my dog (mini schnauzer) - he has a naturally sad face. .

I think Marin is one of those players who benefited from the break that 2020 and lockdowns gave them- he has 2 sons now, has had time at home with his wife and family. He seems more relaxed and happier than he has done for a while.

I think Rafa definitely prefers the heat (and no roof ) although having said that, Marin would have done better against Roger in the final, the year they closed the roof- if they had left it open- because he said he had practiced in the heat.

I woke up at about 4am today and couldn’t get back to sleep. On one hand that is very irritating, but it does mean that I am watching the Nadal match and have been able to enjoy the epic tiebreak in the first set.
