As there isn't a lot of traction on individual threads I thought I'd create a generic thread as most of us seem fond of a few.

Loving the New Jersey trailer released today. Teresa is back to her table crashing ways. She seemed so chilled on the ultimate girls trip as well !

I've just started on the latest Miami one, it's ages since I watched that. Also looking forward to NJ.

Will have to look for Melbourne too, didn't realise there was a recent one.

Just started watching Vancouver as we are planning a holiday there next week. OMG 😲 these women are brutal! Some utter horror bags.

@GreekGod let's agree to differ. I'd like this to be somewhere we can all feel free to comment without fear of attack.

Going forward can we all be kind and appreciative views may differ.

I’ve watched New York and OC in the past but seemed to have lost them recently. I loved the whole Vicky’s boyfriend faking cancer storyline in OC and Luann’s second marriage was clearly doomed in New York but she was just too blind to see it. Do you remember Alex and her annoyingly clingy husband? (New York) They had twins they taught French to from babies but totally forgot to teach the kids any manners and they were feral. My guilty pleasure!!

There was one woman in the Vancouver RH who was just awful - a horrible bully. Can't remember her name - she owned a shop and had a teenage daughter and a younger daughter. I love all the franchises. The ladies all bicker and make-up, but this particular woman was just vile!

My favorites are OC, BH, NY and NJ.

Allegedly it was only after the ratings plummeted this week that she was sacked. I guess Ramona's behaviour hasn't impacted on ratings so it has been let go.

Bravo make lots of questionable decisions having watched quite a few franchises over lockdown. Monique (RHOP) was completely frozen out by the rest of the cast then let go after her physical fight with Candaice.

When Porsche did the same with both Kenya and Jami (?) on Atlanta she wasn't held accountable at all. Apparently she is a big ratings draw again.

I haven't watched it but apparently she physically attacked her ex and his mother on her recent spin off.

Seems ratings matter more than behaviour.

@happilybemused I haven't attacked anyone at all on this thread and your first ever comment at me was an attack at me personally, you clearly stated "It appears you can say questionable comments but not write them" Therefore, you have not been kind to me at all but at the time, i did not comment on it.

I can certainly write @happilybemused - I do it for a living.

@GreekGod - I think you’ve got totally the wrong end of the stick, I was wondering why the last few posts seemed odd.

I think Happily was referring to the fact that the housewife who wrote the historic tweets got into trouble, but the fact that Ramona has said things, rather than written them, seems to be “ok” in the heads of the producers etc.

In no way have I read any of Happily’s posts and thought they were an attack on you.

Hopefully that makes sense. Don’t leave the thread, I’ve enjoyed your analysis of the wives!

Yes, I watched NJ. The angles they were showing Jen's new nose from made it look very odd!

Watched the first episode, I have a hot/cold feeling with Jen. On one hand she is funny and entertaining to watch but she is very reactive and below the belt. Actually I feel exactly the same about Margaret - I actually think they would be a fab double act if they could get along.

I do think brining up Bill's affair is so horrible though, I think it had just come out (her daughter saw something on ticktok before the season started). Jen obviously loves the money and lifestyle Bill gives her but she has 5 children with him - I think she had just had a baby around the time of the affair and I can imagine how hurtful it was for her at the time and then to have it brought up at a party a decade later.

Re Louie's video I didn't think it was that bad compared to the way people were talking about it. Yes it was cringe and no I'm sure it wasn't nice for Teresa to see him professing his love for someone else but it was from a few years ago. I had to do some digging to make sure I hadn't missed anything in the video as they were talking about red flags etc.

I’m saving NJ up so that I can binge watch a few episodes at a time - it’s one of my favourite franchises.

Been catching up on OC - Noella is certainly entertaining!

I think without Noella OC would be really struggling for interest. Clearly Heather has cancelled Nicole (although waiting a while to make it look like it wasn't her) which was probably the only other storyline of interest. I'm loving Emily this year, yes she's been making a few shady comments especially when tipsy but the show needs that and she knows it. Not actually sure what planet Noella is on, when they brought up the inappropriate gift for Heather's daughter and she was trying to twist that Heather had straight fragility...she gave it to her daughter at a huge party Heather had thrown for her daughters book on being bisexual! I'm not a fan of Heather but that was a reach!

I thought the Luis video was a bit weird but if the context of it is that it is from a few years ago then it doesn't really need bringing up. I much prefer Margaret to Jennifer, she can be so nasty.

Actually, she was right with her reasons for not wanting Noella to be in the trip in the first place! Heather is often “right”, but her way of going about things definitely seems to have ramped up with he4 return to the show.

Loved Emily on the beach “casually” dropping in the fact that Noella was a pity invite. Especially with her follow-up justification to camera 😂

TBF, I’d be happy if this season was filmed solely in Heather’s house. I could spend hours drooling over what I’d do with it decor-wise. I’m surprised, as I’m a lover of old quirky cottages irl, but I love it. And I want a heated drawer for my towels!

No, that's definitely the previous season of NJ. The latest is on Hayu which I watch on Amazon Prime.
