As there isn't a lot of traction on individual threads I thought I'd create a generic thread as most of us seem fond of a few.

Loving the New Jersey trailer released today. Teresa is back to her table crashing ways. She seemed so chilled on the ultimate girls trip as well !

I really was surprised to see Tessa come back this year after how she embarrassed herself last season. On the thread it was suggested her husband has links with the production company and she was expecting to be portrayed sympathetically. Dont think they did her any favours.

My youngest was watching with me on and off this evening exclaiming in horror at how awful they all are. I think its one of the worst franchises however as others have said, Jersey looks beautiful 😍

Yes it's a good advert for Jersey holidays if nothing else.

I'm so pleased I found this thread. I love all things housewives. I watch all of the US ones except OC. I've also watched Jo'burg and Melbourne. Want to give Durban a go too.

Cynthia was very different on the ultimate girls trip. It reminded me of Nene talking about Cynthia's 'other side.'

I decided to watch the Jersey series on the back of this thread. BUT ITV hub is the most annoying site ever. I'm getting a black screen/no sound/delays etc etc. Is there anywhere else I can watch it?

I've just watched 2nd episode of Jersey. None of them are very likeable. First series Tessa was quite the queen bee and as far as I remember had some former ladies as her support. This series apart from Karen she has none. It looked like the realisation that no one likes her or wants to spend time with her has hit home.
Does anyone else find though that our Cheshire /Jersey series are not a patch on the US series. Any further afield Mumsnetters disagree or have any comments?

I watched the Jersey episode featuring the friendship bracelets - I thought it was the behaviour of teenage girls.

I completely agree. They're tedious in the extreme. Literally the first 4 episodes of this new Jersey one has been bickering about a like on a sodding tweet. And trying to get everyone to take sides. Nothing of any note has happened at all.

Love all the US seasons, couldn't get on with Cheshire or Jersey sadly.

Fave franchises are NY and BH, but love them all. I didn't realise Dorinda is hosting the next Girls trip, that is so exciting, Dorinda is one of my all time fave wives. Do we know who else is going to be in it?

I do think that Jersey and Cheshire are pure rotten.

Grown women are fighting over insignificant pish. When they have all that money and live in such a lovely place, you’d think some of them would crack a genuine smile.

They only do that when stirring the pot or are being horrible to someone or are watching the fall out from someone else doing one of the above.

I haven’t seen any of the across the pond for a while. I perhaps ought to seek them out again.

They have so much and yet are so petty and mean. Does it matter if Ashley can swim or not? How broken her foot was? They formed themselves into two playground gangs and it wasn't pleasant.

Did anyone else watch the project catwalk real housewives episode on Hayu?

Don't normally watch but the task was to design a reunion dress for Gizelle, Karen, Wendy from Potomac, Luanne and Leah from NYC and Shannon and Gina from the Oc.

Dr Wendy was awful to her designer and reduced her to tears. The rest came over really nicely.

Shannon was actually very sweet. Her and Bear were the pairing I always needed.

Given up on Jersey as it was so boring. Have just started the new series of the Miami housewives. OMG the houses, the plastic surgery! The Only Fans apparently..... Lots to catch up with. But what a life they lead. Fascinating.

I’ve just stumbled across RHNY on ITVBe every afternoon. It’s season 11 with Tinsley, Dorinda and Bethenny. It’s reminded me how good NY once was and how painful it was watching the last season (especially).

I binged NY through covid. Signed up to Heyu and watched every episode from the beginning. It was fabulous. And you're right, the last series was a bust.

Loving the new Miami so far. Martina Navratilova is on it with her wife.

I agree, Wendy was vile. Luann and Gizelle's outfits were amazing

Started watching OC when it first showed over here, got me through some awful, new baby/no sleep days, it's my (non guilty now found this thread) guilty pleasure!
Loving the new Miami series, so glad they brought it back, Salt Lake City has been an Amazing cast and stories, straight off the bat! Looking forward to the new Jersey series, and New Jersey

I am LOVING the new series of Miami, i loved the old seasons so very pleased it's back. Liking Guerdy and Julia the best so far. I love the colour in everything, also enjoy the insight into cuban-american life.

Larsa is annoying me a lot less than i expected. She was so asnine in s1 but she's pretty inoffensive now

Also love OC but wont be watching the new series with heather dubrow being a bully

Yes Julia is fab, love her and Martinas accents, Guerdy may grow on me, I keep not recognising Adriene 😬 and wondering who the heck she is in the interviews 🤣

Heather has been a proper mean girl so far!

It’s the way that Heather threatened Shannon in the last episode - if I’d been in Shannon’s place I doubt I’d have been able to keep a straight face, but I assume Heather was saying ‘don’t piss me off again otherwise I can get you kicked off the show’. And then Terry comes along to be given his apology and he’s all “meh, whatever” after Heather’s dramatics about whether she could forgive Shannon.
And interesting - I’ve never watched Miami - but it sounds as if I should give that one a go 👏

Miami is well worth a binge from series one, not too many to catch up with really, the first reunion is so different, enjoy!

@Justfivemoreminutesplease - you need to watch Miami from the first season. It’s bonkers! It’s been a few years break, so I’m storing up the latest episodes to binge, but watching from the beginning is worth it (even if none of them are in the new one).

Same with Melbourne - it’s just returning, but if you can find and watch the first few seasons, definitely fun to watch.
