As there isn't a lot of traction on individual threads I thought I'd create a generic thread as most of us seem fond of a few.

Loving the New Jersey trailer released today. Teresa is back to her table crashing ways. She seemed so chilled on the ultimate girls trip as well !

I agree with Miami. Also Orange County, which I think was the first RH. The first couple of seasons were a bit dull, but worth watching for background persevering as it definitely becomes more interesting.

The only current one airing is Miami or am I missing others?

Potamac, Salt Lake City and Miami are showing at the moment.

Jersey is my ab fav always watch this one,had to stop watching the one with Rinna in it she sets my teeth on edge.

Miami is a great series. Loving the new one.

And yes to OC although I started about season 5 as the early ones seem so dated.

What did you all think of the Jersey one?

I couldn't really warm to the women. Kate Taylor was like Dorian Green's more vulgar sister and Tessa Hartman just seemed to use it to promote her untalented family and self.

Wonder if it will return?

I thought the Jersey one was absolutely crap and I've watched them all! Cheshire is dreadful too!

I cant watch Cheshire, just cant get into it, Jersey has had good seasons but its just becoming the Theresa show and shes becoming more obnoxious by the minute

You're talking about New Jersey. There is an actual Jersey one and it's terrible, worse than Cheshire.

It's odd that they get it so right with the US franchises, but the UK & Jersey ones are so dreadful.

I’d go for Orange County.

It was the first of its kind. It is worth starting from the beginning for various reasons.

The “quality” of filming makes it look so old! Amazing to see how much tv filming has come on since then.

The fact that it was so new - there are no “pretences” due to being on camera. The clothes are shit, they don’t care what they say/show.

You need to see how each character progresses as the seasons move on. Both in character, wardrobe and cosmetic work! Plus the dynamics.

if you’re looking for something a bit shorter, then it’s worth trying Melbourne. Love it for the sunshine and the characters.

And, if you’re looking for really short, then do Sydney. Only lasted one season as they were determined to be too vile to continue. It is worth it for Athena, pure tv gold.

Potomac is really good for the shade, just feels lighter than the heaviness of Salt Lake or BH.
If you have watched them all ( like I have!) it’s worth rewatching some of the classics and old reunions. I have recently rewatched some Atlanta reunions and it is so interesting to see how Kenya manipulated Kandi and Cynthia.

I like SLC mainly for the scenery!

I do agree with starting OC and Atlanta at series 5.

However do go back because Kim Z /Ne Ne and Vickie/ the Keogh family are classic TV although very dated.

Just finishing Vancouver first series, only 2 though. Quite enjoyed it as there was one housewife who was really awful. Last episode is a classic.

Anyone wanted the Season finale of SLC? Super interesting especially the 2nd half all about jen shah's trial

Oh I didn't know the SLC finale was available, I'll watch that later. Jen Shah got 78 months, I know from a friend who was messaging me while the sentencing was going on.

I've just started the latest season of Miami although I must have watched in years gone past as I recognise some of them. Although omg the surgery! They are SO weird looking as a result but obviously don't recognise it. Lisa Holstein or whatever her name is used to be really pretty, she looked like Kylie Minogue now she's going Jocelyn Wildestein stylee. And the Cuban one, omg, that's some surgery. Her mouth! And the butt lift on Larsa, ewww.

I found Heather's response really strange. It's like one scene she seemed to understand the general awfulness of it and then another she was just obvious to the fact jen isn't that nice person to that that level of delusion, her last scene with Lisa was the most real it felt. I feel like she has every right to feel betrayed Jen lied right up to last second. She was conned by her. I do understand wanting to be a friend to someone who has done terrible things. However there has to be no delusion on the fact it was terrible. Which I feel heather is still holding on to! And I would love to know who gave her black eye!

I think Jen gave Heather her black eye. Jen is awful. I used to like her before this terrible case. I don’t think a lot of people were surprised about what she did. Does anyone know what prison sentence her assistant Stuart got?

I'm still working my way through Orange County. Won't say which wife to avoid a spoiler but one of them was awarded a 30 thousand dollars A MONTH payment from their DH by the divorce judge, which the housewife thought was too much so agreed for it to be reduced to 22.5 thousand a month . Jesus how much money do these people earn?!

@Dontjudgeme101 Stuart Smith has not been sentenced yet. I assume his cooperation in convicting Jen will form a big part of asking for a minimal sentence.

In my opinion she deserved every penny. Her husband was a nasty piece of work.
