I didn’t watch the replacement show they put on last night, after about 2 minutes I’m sure I’ve seen it before.
They must literally have so much behind the scenes stuff or just unused footage they could have shown instead, even if it’s stuff from Oz, just something a bit different! I won’t be watching tonight either, same old clips.
I know it would take work to put together and they don’t currently have a studio to work in but I can’t believe they’ve never planned for this kind of situation in over 20 years!

Find it all a bit baffling that filming in Wales they hadn't planned for bad winter weather that could potentially affect filming. Surely they could have had a back up plan of having the celebs go to one of the venues they went to first to meet? And film there as a v short term plan to stop it being off air. Not sure if that's viable, but just can't believe they didn't have a plan B and have just had to pull it this weekend.

At this rate i wouldn't be surprised if they cancel the rest of it.

It should have been held earlier in the year when they realised it would be Wales again, bit slow on the uptake really.

It's been a week now and it feels like we've barely seen the celebs, apart from NB and Frankie.

They're awake for say 16 hours per day. The shows are on average 75 minutes long with probably about 20/25 minutes of ads and A&D's bits. So we're only seeing about 50 minutes of actual footage of the celebs out of a 16 hour day, and out of that only about 30 seconds of Matty and Kadeena!

I can't believe there isn't someone able to put together unseen footage to use when the live shows are down. It might not be slick and have A&D's links but more people would tune in to that than old highlights.

Hopefully they will. It's been dire this year so far.

I think it was the problem of the equipment... I saw a pic of these massive marquee type things with their roofs ripped off.

Does anyone think they will abandon it?

I’m not sure I’ll bother watching if it re-starts - we haven’t bonded with the contestants

I'm not sure they can abandon it... the advertising revenue must be absolutely massive and it would cost them millions to abandon it
I think they'll soldier on

If they've been able to check phones or have contact with the outside world it will make a mockery of it all. The whole point is for them to be in a group of people completely isolated from the outside world. It's a competition after all. If one or all have managed to read the news, social media or threads like these they could use it to their advantage.

And the camp mates are individually in isolation in their hotel rooms. Really hope they get it back going again

Can't see it coming back on now tbh. If it did I assume it'll be shorter due to missing the last few nights?

Ant and Dec said the crew are working round the clock to get it back.

Apparently it's coming back live tomorrow night again.
