she is leading him on. pretending she is a wonderful person. asking him to do things, endangering his life for her. when she has agreed to marry robin.
gisbourne isnt the baddy the sheriff is. or even allan the traitor. yet both robin and marian act so high and mighty on their pedestals.
yes i know its just a bit of escapist telly, but she is really really bothering me. with her two faced angelic face....... and gisbourne is good

I loved the line from the Sheriff to Gisbourne a couple of episodes ago (after a messenger had bowed to the sheriff and kissed his hand)
'Why do you never kiss my ring, Gisbourne?'

And from the dove from the holy land episode, another good sheriff line was:
'Catch the pigeon, catch the pigeon now' lol at thought of Sheriff as Dick Dastardly.

I want to see Gisbourne half clad and donning armour again. Marian was lost for words.

Only read the op but I think she does actually like Gisbourne and she's hedging her bets!

Hairy chests are a prerequisite IMO. But each to their own
