Well my primary symptoms seem to be guilt, tears and panic attacks so it's mostly psychological atm. I'm OK medically

It's the stress of the unknown- will you react badly to it, who else will catch it, will they be OK. So draining in itself! It's so prevalent right now that there's no point in feeling guilty, not a lot you can do short of becoming a recluse! And that's not much of an option when you have small children to sort out.

Eldest is on nasal cannula oxygen with a weird heart so there's guilt from that. We shielded the first time for him

Can't imagine how stressful that must be. I hope it passes him by

Thanks, me too. Chicken pox appear to be scared of his mutant DNA so I'm hoping covid is similarly fearful 😂

I caught up with yesterday and today's episodes while taking a very long lunch break... Wowee there's a lot going on - everyone at Salt, Tane on life support, Felicity being Felicity, John and Irene being a bit flirty while Marilyn looks on knowingly, Theo still being annoying in the background, Mia wanting to carry on with the adoption issue even though Tane is close to croaking it... And then Logan was being THE doctor even though he doesn't work at the hospital, surely doesn't have the right insurance, and can't even log into the computer system... Obviously I loved it 👌🏻

I caught up yesterday too - am very invested in most storylines at the moment which is impressive (although no Ryder, Chloe or Theo which might have been a significant factor in my enjoyment of the episodes!)

Can’t believe how psycho Summer Bay psychos are though! I mean - who has the time and energy to come up with a plan that complex?!?

Is it back on on five now? Had a shit start to the year so far so haven't had the chance to even check

@strugglingwithlife sorry to hear that. Yes started yesterday on 5. I record it at lunchtime and from to say it is in its usual 1.15 slot.

If it makes you feel better I think Logan got some kind of locum doctor licence to work bank shifts at the hospital prior to the break?

I’ve been rooting for John and Irene for aaaaaaages. There’s been a spark for quite a while - she was there for him during all that Susie malarkey.

John and Irene are natural together.

Chloe was annoying with a we got problems if you’re asking what happened with Theo. Has she not heard that people cheat?!

I aim to please to be fair the paramedics on the scene had no evidence that he or Jazzy would be of any use (and both seemed to think themselves randomly immune and in no need of protective gear) so they probably should have questioned them a bit more?!

@KatieKat88 if I remember rightly Logan didn't actually say to the paramedics "I'm a doctor" he just started shouting orders 😀 Yes Jazzy is furious that Cash rushes towards danger, but she did the same thing!

@CurbsideProphet yep I think John had to reassure the paramedics that Logan wasn't a random off the street I also thought that about Jazzy! And it's still about a million times better than Neighbours at the moment...

Haha, yeah I was wondering how Logan and Jazzy just waded in with no protective gear and all the paramedics were just looking on. As if 😂 so H&A, love it!

I've been wondering about John and Irene too...

I'm split in Jorene. I like their friendship and what not buy don't know if actual romance would ruin it.

I know that we have to endure the awfulness of Theo until Summer Bay works its reforming magic and he becomes another heroic good guy (see Dean’s story arc as a recent example of what I mean) but my God he’s a sleazy twat with no redeeming features, isn’t he? That stunt he liked at the garage! If I were Ziggy I’ve have sent him packing straight away and told Justin why.

I STILL really don’t get why everyone expected Ryder to be fine about being kidnapped and locked in a car boot 🤷🏼‍♀️ I’d have reported Theo to the police for that!

Exactly and it's not like Nim and Chlie didn't know, THEY WERE THERE! You'd think it'd be triggering for them all.
Honestly Bells and Rhyder just need to work through the story arc and get together and sack the others off.
