I hate malt loaf but I like that they're not giving them ridiculously OTT challenges on week 1 as they've done in some past series.

You have to have the butter so thick that you can see teeth marks when you bite into it.

I used to get given a daily spoonful of malt extract as a kid, will have to ask my mum what that was for! 🤷🏻‍♀️

My mum swore by ' brewers yeast ' tablets for all ills. Not sure why malt loaf reminded me of those little beige tablets!

Jay my life was transformed when Soreen started selling presliced loaves. Rather than trying to butter this squashed slices I used to end up with.

Vitamin B I think, and vitamin D if it had added cod liver oil. I loved it.
