All caught up now.
Crikey, Jake has a temper.. He seems to go off the boil anytime something is said he doesn't like - just about manages to repress it. I think Liberty is far too happy go lucky and drama free to be stuck with someone who has his ego and insecurities. The difference in how he looks at her vs some of the other boys - there's no softness in his eyes, no dilated pupils, that little smile people get when they're looking at someone they adore.
I'm glad the girls voiced their concerns but it certainly could have been done in a more tactful/sensitive manner!! Faye storming off was ridiculous - she and Chloe should have pulled Liberty aside separately
rather than do it in front of all the girls. This entire series the boys have showed more understanding and compassion when giving advice to each other, than the girls have.
I think Liam does really like Millie but feels she is a bit out of his league (given what I've seen on Unseen Bits) and much more worldly than he is. I don't think anyone can fake the way he looks at her. But to her point they do live very far from each other - maybe it would work if he moved closer to her.
Priya definitely has the ick with Brett. His chat IS very dry - that bit discussing the first date, even I found myself yawning. Think it's the monotone voice, and lack of any flirting/cheekiness/humour. But I think it's because he doesn't actually fancy her that much - because he seemed a lot more animated chatting to the boys. I feel she has picked up on that (his getting turned on by Liberty in the dance challenge must have stung too). I did think she was rude to judge him for not having a gf previously, calling him a robot. But I wonder if it was a reaction to his slightly 'Hugo' esque interactions with her. Seemed very into her at the start, then like he lost interest, and not making any real effort to be around her or touchy/feely etc. Whatever the reason, their budding relationship is definitely dead in the water! I get the feeling they're both ready to head home now, before they need to start getting naughtier in bed. So maybe some of it is a bit planned as well.
I did think Mary was a bit bitchy with Priya, but I think it's because she has bonded with the OG girls a lot more than Mary has. Poor Mary still seems to be a bit of an outsider in that villa - not sure why!
Toby and Chloe are still my favourite couple - Toby really seems to have undergone a personality transplant! Have been impressed with the emotional maturity he now seems to be demonstrating.
