Kinda got outta the habit of watching but settling in to watch the new season starting tonight.

I know a while back there was a core of mn fans and a regular thread.

Hoping this one will be as welcome.

Ha ha I was a violinist too. My answer on that one was my friend Rachel, because I couldn't think of any famous double bass players.

I would have put Chi-chi Nwanoku. Famous double bass player whom I knew years ago in the youth orchestra I played in.

Did pretty well tonight. Got a few that the teams didn’t

I actively prefer the music round . Managed Barber/Shampoo in two, and the strings sequence. Dying that they thought Benedetti played for San Marino , although I did have to offer Mr Andrews from Youth Orchestra for the fourth clue as the names of all famous double bassists left my head. Can't do flags, bombed spectacularly on the second wall, but did ok with lots of the rest.

Both very high scoring teams this week.

I was useless in round one, pretty good in round two, and getting there for the walls - but wouldn't have been able to complete because I'm no good at most film or album type clues
