I think it shows how makeup can make ppl look awful. Without makeup (and if her lips weren’t pumped up), she looks pretty in a girl next door way.

I think Rachel would have had a problem whoever she chose tbh as chuggs didn’t fancy her either and with 2 new blondes coming in he would have been off as well. She will probably be next to leave I think...

I agree it’s all way too serious this year. I actually like Faye’s sense of humour but none of the lads seem to get it.

Rachel comes across really phoney I think. It’s like she’s built this persona of what she thinks an intelligent, hip, girl about town should be like and that’s how she’s portraying herself. But she’s not quite as smart as she likes to think she is. Picking Brad was her first dumb move.

A lot of the make up looks worse under the lighting, a sort of greenish dirty tinge. I like Faye, I think she'll do well friendship wise with most of them. I think it's a real pity Chuggs left because he seemed like a reasonable normal person. Brad doesn't bring anything.

Two new blonde girls?! There are already two in there ... tbf Lucinda looks absolutely stunning I think all the boys are going to fancy her - especially Jake and Brad. Would love them to put a brunette in there like Jess from series 2 or a Kady/Kendall type.
Watching the challenge was excruciating it's all just a bit cringeHmm

I don’t think the problem is with any of the people per se, it’s just that none of them really fancy each other. Not much grafting occurring.

That’s the paradox of the game really. You have to be a convincing couple to stay in the competition but you have to balance that with not being fake Confused Its all a load of nonsense really.

Do you think some of the girls were chosen for their ability to wear the awful bikinis?
I mean implants are nothing like as popular as they used to be, since the scandal and the focus on big arses.

Agree a cull is needed or some sort of shake up.

I think Faye would look beautiful without the lip fillers (or just more subtle fillers) she’s a really pretty girl but the OTT fillers just aren’t a good look. I remember a while back Molly-Mae had quite big fillers but then got them dissolved a short while later as they just looked awful, she looked 1000 times better without them. It’s a trend that needs to die IMO

I’m also surprised at all the fake boobs, thought the implants craze was very Big Brother 15 years ago.

The new blonde with the long hair looks absolutely beautiful, I think a lot of the boys will be competing for her.

Agree, she seems a real girl's girl. Most of them do this year actually. Chloe is also really growing on me.

Not keen on Rachel, she seems a bit too into herself. The coq au vin thing was ridiculous, she really thinks she's something. I did feel a bit sorry for her last night, she got played. But I agree with PP who said if she'd taken a moment to wonder why none of the girls had picked Brad she could have saved herself the hassle. I'm sad Chuggs went, I thought he was going to be a knob from the VT but he was really lovely once he was in.

I was liking Aaron but after the housewife comment I've gone right off him. It's one thing to not like Sharon's comments for being a bit materialistic and flash but totally ridiculous to say she's scared of a man being the main breadwinner. All women in Love Island have massive career aspirations, even it is to have a Boohoo range. If he wants a housewife he's looking in the wrong place.

She didn't seem to realise the very obvious fact that both boys were creeping round her just to stay in! not because they particularly liked her. Why on earth didn't she ask the the other girls opinions on Brad?! She'd have found out very quickly he seems think the sun shines out of his own arse so not worth bothering with. Chugs may not be much better but at least he could string a vaguely interesting sentence together.

I am hoping the Hugo thing is just a shit edit, can't even tell who he is meant to have upset.

Hope several of the boys graft the new girls and then get rejected, especially Jake so Liberty is eyes wide open about him.

Imagine is the casting is gravity bikini related, I would stand no chance, even in my early 20s these golf balls in socks would have been drooping for freedom 😂

Am I right in thinking the sex questions game came earlier than usual this year? Felt like it and I have to say that might put me off someone in the very early stages, knowing their antics with other people. Not saying any of them have done anything wrong, but in real life it wouldn't enamour me to a man, picturing him shagging in the street or whatever. I wonder whether that has made the atmosphere a bit cooler than usual?

Does anyone know how the public view Jake in general? Just asking because the only article I saw about him online had loads of comments (from men) saying what a "great laugh" he was and how "everyone needs a friend like Jake with top bants" blah blah blah. Depressing.
