I've just re-watched it 4 times. I see Ryan getting out of the near side rear door with Kate and Jo's feet on the offside, lit up by Kate's headlights. You see Jo's turn-ups.

They showed that part on gogglebox so I rewound a couple of times. It's just that the camera is at a different angle when Ryan exits the vehicle so the women's feet are behind it.

Anybody else getting out would've been on Kate and Jo's side, so you'd expect a comment / them to be noticed!

All will be revealed.

They keep cancelling my appointments to give blood due to Covid. My last 3 have been cancelled (though luckily another slot came up for cancellation 2). Then they email me to beg me to give blood...stop bloody cancelling me and I will! /rant

I always think OCG for black 4x4s too. 🤣

I last gave blood in late June or early July last year I think and it was the first normal thing I'd done in lockdown - because it's a quasi medical setting it didn't seem odd that all the staff were masked. It was before we all had to wear masks and we were Covid triaged on entry to the donation centre. It was actually quicker than usual due to having a different appointment system.

I foolishly started a rewatch of S1 last night trying to remember how Buckle and Ryan had behaved when they first appeared.

Big mistake. Now trying to work out if I can squeeze in the rest if I watch on a slightly faster replay speed and don't sleep for a week.

Just rewatched ep 5 with DH and DD, we all saw it on Sun.

We all agree that when Ryan got out of the car at the end (after Jo) someone else also got out.
You can see the feet under the car.

Might just be camera crew,? Or another OCG member.

I've just watched this twice - i'm certain someone else gets out of the car. Foe one thing, the feet are very close to the car & stepping as you would if you were getting out. For another, Kate & Jo are standing much further away. I think the fact the boots/trousers look the same is deliberate to cause confusion.

Right, I've marked the photos up.

Photo one is the first shot of Ryan getting out of the car. He is marked in red and Jo and Kate in yellow.

Photo 2 is Ryan's foot, moving, as he turns (marked in red).

Photo 3 is the same foot once he's started walking (marked in red).

I think it's the blur in the second shot which is potentially deceptive.

I’ve just remembered Farida. Poor Farida with her broken wrist with the nasty prison officer.
Must be more to her story ? It was she just someone Jo used to take the blame ?

Exactly. If they were on her side of the vehicle, there's no way she wouldn't have said something.

I think that Jo got Farida banged up for her own safely (noting that she looked shocked when it was reported that Farida had had her wrist broken in jail)). The same way she tried to get Kate to go back to AC12.

Where are they? I have watched loads and simply cannot see other feet. It's just Ryan. As per my photos above I've spent far too much time on this!.

Why hasn't Kate mentioned the second person, on her side of the car?
