Maybe he’s decided he wants to be a midwifing nun, and next week Dr T will be lecturing the Nonnatans about how they have to let him join their order as she’s a woman really even if she looked like a man when she arrived. He’ll then have to lecture various silly women and angry husbands because they don’t feel comfortable with the earnest curate new midwife doing the intimate bits of the prenatal checks or the delivery

I was about to say we've not had a trans story for Dr Turner to lecture people about and be all inclusive and liberal minded, forgetting it's the mid 60s and we haven't even had the equal pay act yet

Cervical smears were a couple of series ago. Discovered a DSD person who had never had a period.
