Police corruption from 1992. I think this was the Line of Duty of its day. I loved it (and Neil Pearson). Dont know how well it has aged. Any other fans?

Have you got Jonathon Ross on?

Buggerthebotox · 01/05/2021 21:52

I'm not sure how far in I am, but watching on iplayer pending possibly the last ever episode of LOD tomorrow. I remember it first time around. Great to see all the old actors passing through like Ciaran Hinds. Apparently Hilton is is an episode.

Siobhan Redmond was stunning.

I loved the 90s - it's still my favourite decade. Tough though, for many people. And the smoking. Quite strange to see that now.

Watched the final two last night , it seemed a bit wrapped up , but if I remember , Series 2 is better and they have meatier storylines .

At the end , when Harry and Maureen have other plans , then he sees Sue at the theatre. And he's standing alone in the rain......... Ahhh

(Because he's such a shit he deversed to be abandoned )

Which series is on iplayer? Just series 1?

ChekhovsWorkshoppedShooter · 03/05/2021 12:03

Bloody hell, I’ve just checked and each episode was only on IPlayer for about two months - the first two episodes have dropped off already (fortunately I’ve already seen them) and eps 3 and 4 drop off tomorrow.

Amazing how old all the cars look. It’s a completely different shape. I’d have expected modern jelly mould designs to have been everywhere in the nineties but no, they’ve all got the blocky look I associate with the mid eighties.

All three series are on Youtube so can watch them all there rather than wait for BBC
