Police corruption from 1992. I think this was the Line of Duty of its day. I loved it (and Neil Pearson). Dont know how well it has aged. Any other fans?

Ahh good Ellmau ....I did sort of watch the last episode (but fell asleep) IIRC it's the one with the Police Officer taking a bribe in the envelope with MOT certificates .
They were given a really vile mouldy underground cellar to work in ?

Not bribes (that may be the next one unless I'm behind), it was a complaint of brutality against a police officer who got killed because his fellow officers neglected to back him up bc he was so awful. The station was collectively uncooperative.

I saw that one , it was an underground car park and a dodgy radio .

The bribes one started in a park , they were watching the handover

I was wracking my brain thinking who one of the Police Officers was , searched a bit and (if I'm right) he was in The Gentle Touch .

I do remember watching Series 2 but not 3 .
