Hi, l have just watched the 1st eposide of series 2 and it looks like it’s going to be a very interesting series. Is there anyone else watching, besides me!

There is another below deck generic thread but it was a bit tricky as lots are way behind so you felt bad talking about it.

Maybe we can have it amended to say something like Below Deck Hayu pace or something?

Quick late comment about Gary (bdsy). Have not seen the reunion. Seen rumours above. He was such a shit on the season BUT Interestingly he seemed a great worker. Did the job, prioritised guests, went beyond when needed and didn’t wings on about things. Really competent. Strange in his personal life he was such an absolute disgraceful mess.

Hayu pace makes sense so to not get mixed up with Netflix viewers.

I really hope Daisy does another season. It was interesting to see she and Natasha had clearly properly cleared the air and become friends.

Really liked Daisy & overall the crew were the most competent in a while - JL a bit slack to start but caught up I think, and Daisy seemed to eventually get Natasha to understand breakfast!

Gary was competent, despite his arsehole behaviour

They were definitely the most professional crew. They put their shit to one side and got on with work, they worked hard and understood what to do, JL was crap but no where near as crap as the crap ones in other seasons.

Lol the Twitter one is a fan account so I think they are the ones playing games and just cut out the bottom. Odd couple to ship (excuse the pun).

Thought she was quite a nasty piece of work who definitely should stop drinking. When she was sober a huge amount of that just dropped away.

I just watched the end of the reunion show. I agree with @middleclassproblem it did feel like therapy. But I though JL redeemed himself to some degree.....although obviously this is TV and not real life. For the baby's sake I hope he and Dani work things out and can parent together.

As for the rumours....Glen really isn't that dense - I don't think! She's far too young for him.

I really REALLY dislike Andy Cohen. He stirs things up, and then sits back and watches the resultant arguments. I've often thought this in the past.

The bloody awful charter guests. They KNEW about the chef. Then they wound each other up into saying "Awful".

Jus watched the reunion x 2 - three thoughts -
Forgot how much I like Colin (despite the ‘he’s my boy nonsense). Liked him.
Je is a disgrace.

Andy was great particularly during the interview with JL. Never seen him so proper and genuine and real.

I like Andy Cohen - based on the limited experience I have with him. He doesn't interrupt. He doesn't make the questions all about him. Unlike some interviewers.....Jonathan Ross etc

Yeah, I think he also knows who he can push things a little more with as he has talked to most of them before. He does most (if not all) of the reunion shows for bravo programmes. I’m binge watching all of top chef this year. I watched the first 4 on Netflix which had the reunion show with Andy too, for some reason they don’t have the reunions on Hayu. It’s funny as it started in 2006 and you see him much younger.

It’s quite nice having him as a cross reference across all the shows though. A bit like someone you know showing up to a party.

@middleclassproblem I now love Summer house......i've just started season 4 and am happy they all like each other now.....can't wait to see the Carl Lindsey drama..... Thanks for putting me on to it. (Although I have cheated a bit and good things like 'Are Carl and Amanda still together?' 😅)

Yeah, they are quite annoying in the beginning too but there’s good character arcs over the 5 seasons.

Of course the answer to my question is no!! I meant Kyle and Amanda! Lol.

This chef would really wind me up if I was working there.

I really don't understand why the chef keeps working on boats if it sends him over the edge. But I suppose a professional kitchen could be worse.
He'd probably do much better as a private chef.

@MiddleClassProblem et al - what do I watch now? Finished Summer House - I thought season 5 was the best - much better having them all living together. Looking forward to Winter House and Summer House 6 (the wedding perhaps?).

I need a new show to get into.....help.....

Do you mean overserved or whatever it’s called? That’s a spin off and vanderpump rules may have came after Lisa was on real housewives of Beverly Hills. I don’t watch any rhw shows though.

Vanderpump rules is about Lisa’s bar/restaurant staff and Jerseylicious is set in a hair salon.
