What to watch, I'm ridiculously fussy!

OK, help me find something to watch please! I don't watch much TV at all, but when I'm stressed (all the time currently!) if I can get I to a good series it really helps me! The trouble is I don't have much patience and find it hard to find things that I can get hooked into! Most things I try I watch one episode then give up.
I like crime dramas/psychological thrillers/slightly creepy stuff
I do not like romantic stuff/comedy/family sagas/documentaries

So for example I have enjoyed:
Marcella
Line of duty
Traces
Hidden
The missing
Unforgotten
Dark
Haunting of blye manor/Hill house
Locke and key
Devs

Also liked The Queens Gambit, although not my usual choice.

Looking for a series, not films.
Ideally not too many episodes (3 seasons absolute max!)

I can't do subtitles, but dubbed is possible.

I have amazon prime, Netflix, I player

Help me find something to grip me, I need distraction!

Loved Hinterland.

Need something new like this to get into. I'm v fussy too but loved Hinterland. Stick with it. The first episode I was a bit me but glad I went back to it.

The Fall (Netflix). I found it quite addictive especially towards the end of the final series.

Fargo
(TV series. Am a massive fan of the film, thought a series was heresy but I was wrong. All seasons are brilliant)

Sorry OP just read your second post and seen you’ve already seen The Fall

Game of Thrones (isn't my thing at all but I love it!)

Now I'm watching Viking's and love it too.

Spiral (all series available on catch up - French detective drama - characters are brilliant and good, believable plots. I think the later series, say from series 3/4, are the most gripping)

Line of Duty (very exciting. I think the first 4 series were the best but I'm looking forward to the new one.)

The Bridge (police procedural drama. Rather gruesome plots but characters are very believable. Wasn't sure at first but quickly got drawn into it)

The Serpent - I thought the trailers presented a lurid and trashy view of this series but it was recommended to me and I found it very well done and gripping. Based on a true story.

Freaks and Geeks is an absolute joy. One season.
