I've watched two episodes. Should I continue?
I really can't stand Mia Warren aka pearls mum. I hate her snarl she does at anything, I hate she acts so awkwardly and is a bitch to people being kind to her..

I love Kerry Washington and adored her in Scandal but she did the snarl thing too in that.

The book is SO much better. More complex, multi layered and the characters are not one dimensional

Might try to the book then!

Kerry Washington is a beautiful woman IMHO, it's just that snarl look that makes me wince every time - she looks as though she's in pain when she does it, like someone's pinched her.

Guess I'll be giving Scandal a wide berth then, thanks for the heads up!

And actually, I thought she was convincing as Mia, but having read the book I preferred the written Mia.

Oh no @TottiePlantagenet, please don't ditch Scandal because of the snarl as she's amazing in that and anytime she does snarl, it's generally justified (or at least doesn't seem so unpleasant and unnecessary as it does in LFE)

I just can't stand Mia too. She is a selfish, reckless, manipulative, dangerous individual. Elena loves her children and puts them first

I loved it,it throws up all sorts of questions. Stick with it.
