Anyone else enjoying this - it's got a real Dectectorists feels ( thank you Mackenzie Crook) I wonder if a lot of the same people worked on it.

Ignore that, I just looked it up and they were sent there in the holidays. It was a long time ago that I read them (1960s) and I have embroidered on it in my mind. They were townies though.

They've got mobiles and look modern but a really old fashioned bus with a bus conductor on

I was only half watching it and spotted the Unthanks, I used to go to school with them.

I'm not keen on Worzels chin though, it kind of freaks me out a bit.

It was perfect. I also love the Detectorists. I am rationing myself on those though - I am currently half way through series 3 and I will be bereft when I get to the end. It is just such a balm for the soul.
