I'm not sure 'bouncy' is a quality I've ever looked for in food before

This is making me miss Hong Kong all over again... I adore Dim Sum and Chiu Chow restaurants.

I really like this chef and I really like the look of his food

I think that wave of huge wankery has just crashed on the shore, ohwhat . As soon as the syringe came out.

Love dim sum, sadly most Chinese food is out of the question being coeliac. Pre kids it was our big Sunday morning treat. Down the posh Chinese in Sheffield with the Sunday papers. (And a hang over)

I've been trying as well. DH fancies the tasting menu and I was curious to know what size additional mortgage I might need.

Mr Wong is nice and encouraging. Syringe aside I could see him getting his own show, or some good guest spots.
