Who will go through to finals week? Will we have to find new favourites? What will they do instead of the Wanky Restaurant Holiday? All will be revealed.

My next culinary adventure

GrouchyKiwi · 15/12/2020 21:07

Far too many vowels in bouillabaisse, mind you.

I had pasta tuna broccoli and mushrooms with a tin of condensed celery soup. Not Masterchef standard! Grin

RomaineCalm · 15/12/2020 21:07

Ohwhatfuckery did your corned beef sandwich have a twist?

OhWhatFuckeryIsThisNow · 15/12/2020 21:07

Alex is solid, but not memorable.

ilovesooty · 15/12/2020 21:07

Pebbledashery · 15/12/2020 21:08

This is a tad too fishy for me..

GrouchyKiwi · 15/12/2020 21:08

We had gammon tonight, with kumara (sweet potato, for you non-Kiwi chaps) mash, sweetcorn, broccoli and cauliflower and a cheese sauce. Was excellent, and I have leftover cheese sauce for lunch tomorrow. #winning

jay55 · 15/12/2020 21:08

Dad called at the wrong time, what's the task?

RomaineCalm · 15/12/2020 21:09

Creamy pasta with tuna, lemon and capers here. Diet is stuffed but it was very nice.

fourquenelles · 15/12/2020 21:10

I have been off diet and grazing all day - a trip to Lidl this morning has not helped

GrouchyKiwi · 15/12/2020 21:10

Classic dishes jay. Bouillabaisse for this lot.

Barts aristocratic employers are sweating a little that next week they might lose their chef!

OhWhatFuckeryIsThisNow · 15/12/2020 21:10

Ooo Bart may be in bother.

littlbrowndog · 15/12/2020 21:11

The Lidl bakery 💃

ilovesooty · 15/12/2020 21:11

Dave sounds on it.

viques · 15/12/2020 21:11

@Pebbledashery

Sure Jono will find some foraged seaweed from somewhere.
He probably dived naked, hair streaming behind and caught his langoustines in his teeth.

Pebbledashery · 15/12/2020 21:12

@viques he's most definitely a naked sea go getter!
@littlbrowndog lidl pretzels from the bakery!

JazzyGeoff · 15/12/2020 21:12

Back in our courting days, bouillabaisse was one of the first dishes DH and I cooked together.

Was nice, but as we ate, we totted up that with the fish, the brandy, saffron etc, it had cost us about 80 quid!

We stick to having it on holiday now, it's cheaper

viques · 15/12/2020 21:12

Gruyere cheese crouton. Cheese on toast.

Halsall · 15/12/2020 21:13

We had home-made spag bol, sauce made with home-grown tomatoes (I roast them in the oven and freeze stacks of it for the winter), with home-made pesto from home-grown basil. Not very cheffy but hit the spot.

RomaineCalm · 15/12/2020 21:13

Urghhhh. What a picture. The only thing that could make it worse would be a naked Gregg alongside him. 🤢🤢🤢
