We have been following Our Girl since 2014 and although there are to be no further series, we revisit time and time again to discuss. As an alternative, we are also watching the 1990s series of Soldier Soldier.

When did they become firemen?

I suppose if you can drive an army tank, you can drive anything.

When the firemen went on strike Rhu, but with one day's training or so it seems.

Oh no, we're back with Kate and the Polish baby Anna.

Now Kate is being told by the C.O's wife that she had to make it legal. I'd have thought the hospital would have reported it.

As for the soldiers, at least it's better than the time they had to empty the dustbins in a strike.

I'm guessing the lady with the lovely cafe is the sister of scottish lady, her name escapes me, or maybe she's just a friend.

Happy memories if when the news was filled with strikes.

I think I'm going to call Stacey 'The Elf' from now on, it's stuck.

Meanwhile Kate tells Mark they need to come clean, but Mark wants to keep up the lie. They are mad though, you can't pretend she gave birth with no medical records.

Kate has come to see Mark. She's obviously worried about somebody (the Colonel's wife?) telling the authorities about baby Anna. Mark is now getting cold feet - worrying about his promotion - maybe he should have thought of that beforehand. I hope this baby story doesn't drag on too long.

Looks like there is a reason for Ewan's drinking and it relates to Bosnia. Makes me think of series 3 when they left to go at the end of the series and that drama "Warriors".

The soldier aka Max Lane and Sgt McLeod look as if they served together in (I'm guessing) Bosnia.

She's not the prettiest of girls, is she? She's quite odd looking.

Ewan is trying to tap Chris for a loan/permanent borrow by the looks of it. Don't know if it's the cafe or his drinking that's to blame. He feels guilty for saying no. Looks like there's a back story to all of this.
