I didn't like him at first, but he's grown on me.

I don't dislike Peter, but he's just . . . young. - I don't know - brilliant cook but I don't warm to him as much as to Dave.

I'm afraid I do (mildly) dislike Laura because her sloppiness gets on my nerves, and I feel she should have been out `long ago.

Divided household at ours - DH is team Henry and I am team nobody-in-particular-but-would-quite-like-Dave-to-win-as-he's-grown-on-me-somewhat.

As always, it's apparently going to be "the most closely-fought final of all time" and as we get this every year, this repetitive rhetoric has just about lost its meaning for me.

Anyway, we will see - scuse me now as I must start amassing tasty morsels to sample from 2000 GMT.

Dave - I've always liked, not always the best baker but very good
Laura - yes, messy and can be a bit irritating, but makes things which taste good
Peter - sorry to say I do find him a little annoying. Probably unfair.

I'll be very happy with whomever wins as long as it's whoever definitely does the best in the final.

What time is it on today?

I want Dave to win but would still be happy if it is Peter. Not so happy if it is Laura but only because she seems to have made a lot of mistakes over the weeks.

I have seen the clip a few times of tonight's programme where they say it was very close. I am thinking maybe Laura is the winner! I can just hear the outcry now if she is

I don't mind who wins, I like them all, but will be aghast if Laura does. I'm still aghast she is in the final - her bakes must taste amazing because they usually look a hot mess.

Peter or David should win. Both are better than Laura

The thing is, Laura's flavours are usually things like chocolate and raspberries, or cheese and onion. You'd be hard pressed to make it taste bad - i don't think that even I could manage!

Laura should have gone out last week, the lady who left was robbed!! I think they’ve wanted Laura in the final all along as she’s been in the bottom two an awful lot.

These are my most favourite cakes*. Do you think DH can get to Asda and back to get some on the next advert?!
