I'm not a fan of courgette and that looks like a pile of slime to me. But I'd love the beans.

I feel quite smug as I have a bottle of Hendo's next to my oven where I can grab it to save flavourless food it is within easy reach to appropriately flavour dishes as required.

This looks like a nice home dish rather than a Masterchef dish.

I have run out of Hendo's - I have to lay in stocks from a farm shop, which hasn't been open much this year.

Looks a messy dish to me - I would eat it, but I don't think it's the best presentation

What is Henderson's ?

It's a worcestershire sauce equivalent.

Just as good as Lea and Perrins and cheaper.

I bought it once when there was no L&P left, and have bought it ever since.

That was so much better than yesterday.

Excellent day today. Those who go home can be so proud of themselves.
