A week after moving in together, I decided to make now DH steak and kidney pie. Carrying in the butchers bag of kidneys, it ripped and dumped kidneys plus kidney juice all over the hall carpet.

He didn't get his pie, and I vowed when we moved (8 years later) they would never cross my threshold again unless they were on the inside of a body.
