What do you reckon?

I like living in a multicultural, busy, vibrant city myself. But Hackney will probably be last again because it's got too many immigrants or something...

I don't know how I remember these things, I have a memory full of crap and can't remember really important things! I'm K, I don't suppose you would remember me tbh, we only worked 2 or 3 days together, I remember you so well, because you were well liked your legend lived on!!!!!

Me and ZC, well, 3 years we were together and it was pretty good, but I left, thought I didn't love him, I was only 19 at this time, but you think you know it all as a teenager don't you? we're still on good terms, I don't see him a lot and we don't make contact on purpose but when I see him, we're friendly. He got married 6 days before I did, how odd? we got married in the same week!!! as far as I know (from my mole in the ZC camp) he has no kids and I was told from said mole, that if I had stayed with him I wouldn't have had my beautfiul dc! He's an uncle, KC has 2 (at the last count) dc, DC is much the same and apparantly little FC has gone off the rails a bit (always had a soft spot for FC!) He seems to crop up in so many areas of my life, my very good friend and neighbour knows him from TTE, he tortured her apparantly and I remember him moaning about her, I can't wait to tell him that she's one of my closest friends next time I see him!!!!!!

I got married in 2005, live in the worst town in Britain and have 3 dc, 5,4 and 18months. I work as a nurse and generally life is pretty sweet!!!! How about you?

We've hijacked this thread a little haven't we??!!!!

DrNortherner · 21/10/2007 17:43

We have hijacked this thread a little but never mind

Blimey so we met like 15 years ago it is such a small world. Nice to know I was liked at the shop - it was a fab place to work, I really enjoyed my time there. I often wonder what became of some of teh people who worked there. I am still in touch with L, we have always been good friends. I remember Paul from the DIY department (had a bit of a crush on him at one point!)Mandy was very nice and a girl called Cheryl?

I left the shop to work at a Hotel in Middlesbrough as a receptionist then I left the area when I was 18 and moved to Harrogate and I'm still here now! I met my dh here when I was 19 and we have 1 ds aged 5. I work for an Event Management company.

Well done on becoming a nurse - where do you work?

And 3 kids - Blimey!! They must keep you very busy

MissInvisible · 21/10/2007 19:37

yeah i thought it was mamma or mammy
lots going on at park this coming week, so will be taking dd and mindees i think.
Are you back at work now then after having your youngest? are you at JC?

3Ddonut · 21/10/2007 19:46

Yes right on all accounts Missinvisible, I work permanant nights now, which is the best way for everyone, the kids barely miss me and I work full time! Do you mean Albert Park? I think we may try to get to the bat making thingy on Wed, we're batty about bats in our house!!!

DrNortherner, glad to hear that you're settled, Harrogate is a lovely place, and yes my dc keep me very busy!!!! Paul?????? there was a few staff changes after you left most of them were my schoolfriends one of which I'm still in touch with, I'm really pleased (honestly!!) to hear that you are still in touch with L, I was upset when you two fell out for a bit because you'd always seemed so close. What does L do these days? Yes, Sheryl was there too! She has a little boy now.

MissInvisible · 21/10/2007 19:51

god when do you sleep if you're out and about with dc too?!,ill look for the events at park in min(yes albert is the one i meant), see what dd/mindee will fancy, they are into bats and black cats and the like at minute too!

MissInvisible · 21/10/2007 19:52

MissInvisible · 21/10/2007 19:55

CarGirl · 21/10/2007 19:56

I was born and brought up in Teesside - hello!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I didn't recognise the bits of M'bro on the tv - I was like where are all the nice bits of it!

What is so true is that the people are so much friendlier up there,I live in Surrey now and where I live is an absolute dump!

MissInvisible · 21/10/2007 21:23

it was the back of where the odeon cinema used to be and i think grangetown/north ormesby back alleys!..yeah the best parts of mibro!, where abouts did you live then?

jellybeans · 21/10/2007 21:38

Did anyone think the presenting was very cringeworthy? they should stick to non live shows! awful!

CarGirl · 21/10/2007 21:53

I'm from Eaglescliffe, went to Kirby College though. Err Grangetown - I'm sure when I was at school/college that was known to have the lowest life expectancy in the country - a representitive of the whole area!

DrNortherner · 21/10/2007 21:57

Yes L and I fell out after a night seeing 2 Unlimited in Manhattens nightclub

About 7 years late we made up

She is married, no kids, works in insurance.

Working full time nights must be knackering.

Nice to see so many from Teesside on here!

DrNortherner · 21/10/2007 21:58

OOh crgirl I went to Kirby Colege too, dont say you are another blast from my past?

GodzillasHorriblyHairyBumcheek · 21/10/2007 22:02

CarGirl · 21/10/2007 22:04

saythatagain · 22/10/2007 16:05

I live about 12 miles west of the number two worst place; it's been there or around the arse end of this program since its inception. I like the consistancy of knowing that! Tis' never dull in 'ull!

3Ddonut · 22/10/2007 21:50
