I couldn't see a thread on this so apologies if there was one and I missed it.

Apparently this will be on before the end of the year, filming has just finished

Rowan looks like he might have saved himself

SequinsandStiIettos · 06/10/2020 21:10

Chirpy Les Miz- loving-lass with the red curtains? Design too basic on top of cheating with biccy structures last week?

SequinsandStiIettos · 06/10/2020 21:12

Dave might be bottom two too, how the mighty have fallen.

jay55 · 06/10/2020 21:14

Sura's looked so light and the theatre looks so dense.

SchadenfreudePersonified · 06/10/2020 21:16

I'm not struck on Laura's either - looks very amateur.

bearlyactive · 06/10/2020 21:16

Always wanted to try focaccia - anyone know where to buy it in the UK?

DartmoorChef · 06/10/2020 21:16

Peters wasn't that great. He got off to a goid start but isn't improving.

SequinsandStiIettos · 06/10/2020 21:16

Oh, they liked it, okay. I would have liked the flavours.
Linda's cow is fab.

Al1Langdownthecleghole · 06/10/2020 21:18

That umbongo joke just went straight over Pru's head.

jay55 · 06/10/2020 21:18

Rowan to go?

DartmoorChef · 06/10/2020 21:18

@bearlyactive waitrose sell a decent Foccacia but if you have an Italian deli near you then theirs should be better.

The best I ever had was in a little side street cafe near the colluseum in Rome. It was a Foccacia sandwich with mozzarella and spinach.

bearlyactive · 06/10/2020 21:19

@jay55

Rowan to go?
Think so

Thanks, I'll have a look around!

jay55 · 06/10/2020 21:21

Um bongo song is now in my head.

No idea who star baker will be. I think they mostly did a reasonable job but no one produced a real show stopper.

SequinsandStiIettos · 06/10/2020 21:21

Aw Rowan's looked so so pretty, what a shame.
Buddhist guy to win Star

CassandrasCastle · 06/10/2020 21:22

Surely Rowan's going

Jourdain11 · 06/10/2020 21:22

A lot of supermarkets have it in their bakery sections.

In London.... there's this tiny little Italian grocery store on Old Compton Street which you'd walk past unless you knew it was there. And they have the BEST focaccia I've ever eaten.

CaptainMyCaptain · 06/10/2020 21:26

Well Rowan should be good on Extra Slice.

bearlyactive · 06/10/2020 21:26

I called it. Sad though, I liked him.

SequinsandStiIettos · 06/10/2020 21:29

Really pleased for Mark
Rowan's a shoe-in (or should that be choux-in) for a future Xmas special. All's good.

SimonJT · 06/10/2020 21:29

@SequinsandStiIettos

I'm so laid back with the kids I've left my pregnant missus to go and live in a tent Grin
Shes living there, they showed them last week on site with their dog.
SimonJT · 06/10/2020 21:31

@Jourdain11 Pepe Italian Street Food?

Jourdain11 · 06/10/2020 21:37

No, i Camisa. Although Pepe's have nice tray pizza!

(Should mention that I sometimes work in Soho - I don't just prowl around stuffing my face!)

Sundries · 06/10/2020 21:47

@ppeatfruit

Mak was lovely on Extra Slice yesterday ,Prue admitted that he shouldn't have gone. Tom Allen 'liked' him. He was more restrained than last week.

But very silly games were played. The guests were nice.

Yes, I thought, suddenly, that Mak was really attractive on An Extra Slice — he had a wonderful smile and looked (unsurprisingly) much more relaxed and at ease, and just looked kind of devastating.

Tonight’s episode filled me with a desire to avoid rainbow bagels, and to know how Lottie does her eye makeup.

Sweet that Marc/Mark (Star Baker)’s kids emerged to hug him — are everyone’s families in the bubble, too? Or just single parents?

Egghead68 · 06/10/2020 21:51

I read they could all bring people to bubble with them. Prue brought her dogs.
