I think the issue with CeCe was that she had not completed her community service order which is why they referred to it as a current criminal matter rather than something on a past record. They have allowed people with criminal records on similar progs, there was a lad on Pop Idol I recall and they are strict on American Idol etc. Not that I watch this stuff at all.........much
