Indiaplain · 23/01/2021 12:35

@parrotonmyshoulder - I loved The Leftovers! Hardly anyone I know has seen it but it was amazing.

GloriousGoosebumps · 23/01/2021 12:54

Waking the dead. Bbc iplayer. 9 series.

WowIlikereallyhateyou · 23/01/2021 12:58

Bridgerton if you want something light hearted.

The Murder of Gianni Versace
Trapped

Just started The Serpent - looks promising

DonLewis · 23/01/2021 13:05

Narcos isn't in your list?

And I see there have been a couple of recommendations for The Americans. That's really good!

Greycurtainswithdiamonf · 23/01/2021 13:06

Pembrokeshire Murders on ITV Player
Twin - Norwegian with subtitles but beautiful scenery and good writing

Greycurtainswithdiamonf · 23/01/2021 13:07

Twin is on iPlayer

Matilda1981 · 23/01/2021 13:07

The Handmaids Tale - it’s amazing - I was late to the party with this one as it didn’t really sound appealing but it’s brilliant

The Serpent that was recently on BBC 1 is very good

PuppyMonkey · 23/01/2021 13:19

The Boys on Prime is amazing. Two seasons...

Where are people watching The Leftovers? I had Now TV for a while and kept waiting for it to be on, as I think it was being shown on Sky, but it never appeared. Sad

onyourway · 23/01/2021 13:28

No one has mentioned

Queens Gambit

BrigitsBigKnickers · 28/01/2021 23:45

We have just finished watching the first series of Succession -( Now TV) it is totally sublime so so well written and acted. One of the best things I have seen for a very long time.

Randomrebel · 29/01/2021 15:13

Queens Gambit
WhiteLines
Offspring
Ozarks
Dash and Lily
Emily in Paris
Dead to me
Grace and Frankie
Virgin River
Sweet Magnolia’s
Lupin
The Serpent that on BBC 1

MojoJojo71 · 29/01/2021 15:23

The Bridge on iPlayer. Subtitled but awesome, I couldn’t stop watching it.

It’s a sin on All4. Just binge watched it, laughed lots and cried, cried and then cried some more. I loved the fashion and the music as I was a teenager in the 80’s but I was just a bit too young to get what was going on with AIDS at the time, it’s just tragic.

londongirl12 · 29/01/2021 15:48

Big little lies
Designated survivor

MrsVeryTired · 29/01/2021 15:54

The Bridge and Cardinal on iPlayer are very good.
Luther (think its on All4 Or iplayer)

FelineFlick · 30/01/2021 20:08

Stath Let's Flats is so much fun, although I don't know where else its available apart from 'BritBox'

Starrylight · 31/01/2021 00:32

I really enjoyed designated survivor

Impact007 · 31/01/2021 04:49

For me I've been hooked on Borderton

RickiTarr · 31/01/2021 05:16

Giri/Haji on Netflix. Apparently it was previously on BBC but I missed it. It’s a Japanese/British coproduction of a thriller set in London & Tokyo. Best thing I’ve seen in a while.

RickiTarr · 31/01/2021 05:18

I really wanted to like Lupin, but the dubbing is bloody awful. Very distracting.

JamieFrasersSassenach · 01/02/2021 21:50

@shartsi

Outlander on prime. 5 seasons of it
