With non-Lonestar 911 you get the impression that they know it's all a bit implausible but they are actors, darling, and will push on through. With this one though Rob Lowe was so earnest and took it all so seriously and it's so woke - although he did look like he was going to choke on those woke cookies once he knew they were made with lard. I might give it another week just to see if they calmed down after the pilot episode. And if the y'alls get less irritating.

Altho I was a bit wierded out by Liv commenting on Bruce Willis being bald and manly when that's her Dad!

Steven Tyler from Aerosmith is her dad so not as weird!

Does anyone know where I can watch seasons 1 and 2?! I got hooked on season 3 and now need to watch the first two but cannot find them anywhere

Speaking of the original series, they must trawl the news for ridiculous accidents. Did anyone notice the 'woman trapped after throwing poo out of window' story? If I didn't know that actually happened, I'd be wondering who came up with these stories!

Liv Tyler has not signed up for Lone Star season 2. The producers say the door is left open for her to return, according to the Daily Mail TV guide.

Of seen that, seems it's simply about travel and Covid as she loves in London

Possibly but it's all that hair on her face as well that's annoying me. I was almost wishing she'd flick it about a bit like JLH

Why do they cast such simpering, mardy women into what should be kick ass characters? Is it in Angela Bassett's contract that she should be the only strong female character? I'd rather watch a cast of Angelas than LT and JLH's wide eyed whispering.

And before anyone thinks I'm being sexist, I also can't stand what Peter Krause and Rob Lowe have done to their faces either, but at least Rob Lowe can joke about the Regain for hair loss.

I'm trying to imagine Liv's voice in the show where they all disappear and if hlthats the voice she does for it all nowm. But yes, she'd work it better if she was less "I might be the chief but I'm still so hot I bedded Ben Affleck whilst an asteroid was hurtling to Earth and you know we're gonna get it on on my desk"

I have every sympathy with the brother-in-law taking out a restraining order on her!

I’ve just started watching LoneStar. Figured it would have the over the top story lines and and it does. Love Rob Lowe. Can’t stand Liv Tyler and her ridiculous voice and creepy ways.

I think they've just completely outdone normal 911. Tsunamis and meteors are just so last season when you can get a 911 call from the ISS

Yup, so looking forward to how long this takes to fix! Tbf the tsunami was done thoroughly and took a few episodes, and the art gallery heist so maybe this will be their big one.

Grace will fix it in-between poas and finding out she's pregnant and boy child will decide he wants to be a firefighter afterall then die
