How come some acts get to sing a second song and others just get told no. Its not really fair

thought they were going to be amazing. They can sing but need to work on their act and choice,of,song.

@PorpentiaScamander because I reckon it’s all been rehearsed that way - the judges are tipped off that the act can do better
