Modern family. That's an easy one to escape to but i'd recommend watching from season 1. It's on Amazon Prime.

Another vote for Derry Girls. I've just discovered it and it's hilarious

Insecure on Sky. Seasons 1,2 and 3 are available. Season 4 comes out this month. I haven't properly laughed at a show for years but did at this one. Takes a few episodes to get with it but press on.

The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel. 3 seasons on Amazon Prime. It glorious and the prefect distraction.

Sex education, series 1 & 2 are on Netflix. It's absolutely hilarious but not one to watch with minors!

There’s something about movies (or something like that) with Alan Carr on Sky Entertainment. Absolutely hilarious, DD and I watched all the episodes last week and cried with laughter.
