I have free view, sky basic package, Netflix and amazon prime.

I need something to take my mind off things and really make me laugh.

Thanks.

Another vote for Schitts Creek and it gets better and better each season!

These were the shows that made me laugh out loud most recently:

Key and Peele sketches

Random Big Train sketches

Peter Pan goes wrong

There's a whole series of 'goes wrong' on iplayer but I like Peter Pan the best.

Peter Rabbit on Netflix

This Country on iplayer

Catherine Tate being a posh mum

What We Do in The Shadows. It's HILARIOUS.

penisbeakers · 06/04/2020 04:33

Sorry I meant to say - it's on Amazon Prime.

morriseysquif · 06/04/2020 11:26

We've just got into W1A again, forgot how funny it was.

WheresThatCatGoneNow · 06/04/2020 12:30

How about Peter Kay's Car Share?

As well as being madly funny, you also get the feeling of having been out and about for a ride in the car, because they're always moving, and scenery is passing by.

Try it - you'll see what I mean!

TheReluctantCountess · 06/04/2020 12:32

Friday Night Dinner is excellent.

This Country is hilarious.

Quirkyquichie · 06/04/2020 12:37

I've just watched tiger king. It's a documentary set in usa. I don't think it was supposed to be a comedy but I've never laughed so much. It's not something id normally watch but i really enjoyed it.

SinkGirl · 06/04/2020 12:47

Tiger King is amazing. Brilliant distraction from this as it’s approximately 300x more insane than being in lockdown.

AJTracey · 07/04/2020 18:27

30 ROCK!!!!!!!!!!! - Sky
Breeders - Sky
Tiger King - Netflix
This Country - BBC

otterbaby · 07/04/2020 18:33

Fleabag

EineReiseDurchDieZeit · 07/04/2020 18:35

Parks and Rec

This Country

SinkGirl · 07/04/2020 22:26

So glad someone else said 30 Rock - so sad more people haven’t seen it.

OhhhPeee · 07/04/2020 22:29

Parks & Rec
The Office (American one, controversially)
Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt
The IT Crowd
Gavin and Stacey
Derry Girls
Green Wing
Friday Night Dinner
Fleabag (although quite bleak at times, like a lot of great comedy)
Derek (see above)

Sex education

JumpingOnTheBed · 07/04/2020 22:36

White Gold is brill. Did you watch Gossip Girl and The Inbetweeners...? Well it has Ed Westwick and two of The Inbetweeners in the main cast. Awkward, set in the 80s, main characters wife is fab. I only started it in lockdown and really helped take my mind off things!

JonesyCat40 · 07/04/2020 22:48

Toast of London, I came across it accidentally and loved it. I was crying laughing so much at one point I couldn’t catch my breath (the James Bond bit), and had to go into my daughters room so she could slap me on the back. I would have to pause it at regular intervals just to compose myself.
I also liked What we do in the shadows series.
And The thick of it- pure genius.

efeslight · 08/04/2020 16:16

Taskmaster

Egghead68 · 08/04/2020 16:54

I second Taskmaster and The Thick of It.

zukiecat · 08/04/2020 17:32

Our favourites are Still Game, Derry Girls and Father Ted
