I quite enjoyed the first series a couple of years ago but didn't realise it had been commissioned for a second. Looking forward to it tonight, and Nicola's wardrobe too!

It would be great to keep this thread episode by episode each week please, with no spoilers! I wondered if Rose was having a miscarriage or hopefully just losing a bit of blood with maybe a difficult pregnancy ahead.

She was only 5 weeks wasn’t she so I reckon a miscarriage.

It's a miscarriage, and other sister is probably pregnant, an unplanned and possibly unwanted pregnancy.

Really enjoyed the first episode, I'm resisting bingeing on the whole series but I know I'll probably crack by the weekend

I love Hannah's house, that's probably my favourite thing, more than the clothes (which are fab). I didn't clock their shoes in that early scene where Mum, Hannah and Nina were walking into work - but in later scenes, how does she manage all that walking on spindly heels?!

I thought the new trainee barrister is a problem in the brewing for Nathan. And why did Nina have such a problem with the harmless(?) white lie Hannah told to the vicars ~wife~ widow?

Yes, Nina was weird about that, Hannah was just being kind.

I've just discovered it, and read this and am now awash with spoilers (my own fault - I blame no-one!). I watched four episodes of season 1 last night and am planning on more today.

How are they not just exhausted and having breakdowns all the time?

Up at 6am, 3 kids, high powered jobs and then out or entertaining every night.

Exhausting.

Squealing and laughing in the office was very annoying - very few workplaces would find that acceptable, and certainly not a law firm no matter how trendy the decor .

One did have to suspend disbelief at times.

Yes definitely. Her husband was horrible to her, and to his agent (or was it PA?) too.

Never saw series 1. Just watched all episodes of series 2. Well 5, I've got episode 6 left to go because I ran out of time - dc came home and I had to put a dinner on the table. How inconvenient. It was so addictive I watched 5 episodes back to back.

Yes Donna Air’s husband deffo abusive. I was getting really annoyed with Hannah and Christie keep kissing in open view of everyone in the office. Nobody having an affair would be so indiscreet like that.

Also Nathan clocking the swimming costume drying on the radiator after Hannah said she was going to the gym was a bit of a non event. I swim regularly and have about 3 on the go at any one time.

It’s certainly very easy on the eye to watch with clothes and house envy galore!
