Watched first one tonight, gripping in a rather strange way. And loved the shots of Stockport!

Binge watched this weekend. Absolutely LOVED it.

Can’t believe it! I must be the only person in the UK who didn’t enjoy it at all! The script was awful and the story line got so ridiculous.. I thought it was a total waste of time

I started watching it yesterday and ended up watching the whole lot when I realised in episode one that all the school scenes were filmed at my old school that I haven't seen in 22 years! Pretty cool to see!

I do think a lot of British made series do have an 'American ' feel to them : sex education is the same. The author of 'the stranger ' book is American , so it seems a big influence towards the script and how they speak and behave at times.
I guess Netflix has to cover a lot of bases.
I did enjoy the intrigue of this and didn't guess till right at the end what the twist was!

Im on episode 4 just now, had a snow day so started watching hours ago...

I usually lose interest in these things but I'm really enjoying this. Richard Armitage is just lovely 😍

Finished and now can't believe I watched it all. Ridiculous last episode. Liked the keep you hooked endings of each episode but otherwise way too much going on and no depth whatsoever.
