Watched first one tonight, gripping in a rather strange way. And loved the shots of Stockport!

Iv watched the whole thing in two days 🙈🙈🙈 Dd May have watched abit too much tv just so I could binge an episode or two 😂

DartmoorChef · 01/02/2020 17:30

It's based on a harlen coben book which I have read but luckily can't remember the twists. I'm on episode 4 now. It's great.

user5656 · 01/02/2020 20:31

Watched it all over 2 days. Excellent.

SchadenfreudePersonified · 01/02/2020 20:33

Just started watching it tonight - absolutely gripped!

Very strong female cast.

rosegoldwatcher · 01/02/2020 21:31

Finished it today. Excellent. I want to be Siobhan Finneran; fabulous actress.
Harlan Coben sure writes a good plot. He wrote The Five I think - that was broadcasted a couple of years ago?

GinandGingerBeer · 01/02/2020 23:42

I watched 3 episodes tonight, loved it!
So much going on my brain couldn't keep up!

AcrossthePond55 · 01/02/2020 23:48

Started it yesterday. I've seen 2. I watch after DH has gone to bed and expect to be up MUCH too late tonight watching.

My first thought was "Hey, that's O'BRIEN" Blush.

I'm in the US and I love British mysteries/crime dramas. They're just so much more subtle with clues and have more 'threads' to unravel than ours do. Ours seem to pound you over the head with "This is a RED HERRING" or "Don't even think that XX did it! (They did)".

ButterfliesandMoths · 01/02/2020 23:50

Finished it tonight. Thoroughly enjoyed it, kept me guessing until then end.

DartmoorChef · 02/02/2020 00:00

Just watched the last episode. What a brilliant brilliant series.

glasgow357 · 02/02/2020 00:02

Devoured all 8 today. Every episode gets better.

MrsPelligrinoPetrichor · 02/02/2020 01:21

I'm on episode 4,it's great!

BitOfFun · 02/02/2020 02:10

I'm starting it now- exciting!

BorneoBabe · 02/02/2020 07:44

My first thought was "Hey, that's O'BRIEN" Blush

I kept waiting for her to pull out some sewing, or meet up with Thomas to discuss their next devious plan. Grin

macaronigonzalez · 02/02/2020 17:26

I'm so enjoying this! The cliffhangers...grrrr - I wish we had time to just binge them all at once. Grin We are four episodes in at the moment, and everywhere is so bloody beautiful. "Harpurton" particularly is breathtaking. I googled, but apparently it's fictional. Do any of you know where the scenes with the viaduct were filmed?

MrsPelligrinoPetrichor · 02/02/2020 17:49

Anyone is enough to remember Dennis Pennis?Shock

MrsPelligrinoPetrichor · 02/02/2020 17:50

**old enough

macaronigonzalez · 02/02/2020 18:17

Dennis Pennis, yes! What a contrast.

MrsPelligrinoPetrichor · 02/02/2020 18:49

I've just watched the last episode. I have questions....

Hurry up and watch it all as I need to ask questionsGrin

Beebumble2 · 02/02/2020 18:54

Brilliant, watched too much last night. Up to episode 7 now.
Don’t want it to finish!

southeastdweller · 02/02/2020 19:51

I'm half way through. Loving it - it's gripping, pacey and has lots of twists.

mizu · 02/02/2020 20:42

Just started watching with my 15 year old daughter - hoping it's ok ie suitable??

rosegoldwatcher · 02/02/2020 20:48

@MrsPelligrinoPetrichor - I have questions too! When can we ask them?
I finished it yesterday and woke up in the middle of the night worrying about...
(Won't spoil it.)

MarshaBradyo · 02/02/2020 21:05

Finished here too. So good. All the lead actors were great. Only one I wasn’t keen on so much was the wife of RA (who wasn’t in it that much).
