Used to be on Channel 4 on a Friday night. Just recently read it is 21 years old! Other than making me feel old I have been revisiting on All 4, and I still love it - reminds me of my days during and post uni.

Just watched the clubbing episode - my favourite one!

Love Spaced- one of my favourites. I even did a sneaky pilgrimage to the house when I was working nearby.

“Come back in one piece, Brian!
You know the piece I mean.”

When opening fizzy wine me and DD always make the 'Marsha noise'... whooo.

We adore Spaced in this house.

The quotes have become part of our regular conversations. For example, when someone is telling a long-winded story...'Skip to the end.'

We also have a Colin. Mainly because of Spaced. Grin

If I ever persuade DH to let me have another dog, I have my heart set on a 'Colin'. Grin

Haven't read the thread yet (I skipped to the end...) however rewatching it recently I had the horrible realisation that originally I identified with Daisy and now it's Marsha. Too early for a drink? Grin

Having now RTFT I see there are other Marshas. Smile And YY to Black Books and Green Wing.

Michelle Gomez is in The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina on Netflix, brilliant as always.

MissF I have a sneaking suspicion I was always a Marsha!

I rewatched Spaced a couple of years ago and laughed my heart out all over again. I was surprised how much drug usage there was in it, I didn't remember it quite like that. Although it is called Spaced, so I really had no reason to be surprised.

Fyi the actress who plays Twist is now playing a feckless mum on The Dumping Ground on CBBC. Kind of like a grown up Twist in some ways.

RuffleCrow · 25/01/2020 13:19

By grown up i mean 40 something rather than 20 something Grin

MissFitton · 25/01/2020 14:23

@RuffleCrow of course, thank you! My ds loves Dumping Ground and I was wondering where I recognised her from. Have been meaning to google.

Love Spaced and Black Books. The Smoking Room too if anyone remembers that!
