I never noticed that! I suppose she did a load of scenes before she left. She could have just carried on though - it's not exactly hard work staring into space!

I actually feel a bit sorry for Bethany and angry with Daniel. He needs to stop putting her in that position. He knows how people will feel about them being together- he knows she’ll be the one getting all the scorn while he is thought of as the poor preyed upon widower. He shouldn’t keep confusing her by kissing her and then telling her they can’t see each other.

It's also so unlikely they would stand in the street having a tender moment! Bound to be spotted, and of course it would be Beth!

Imagine if this were real life and Beth mouthed off to people how she does. She'd be put on her arse in seconds, right after a huge slanging match in the street.

Beth is a pain in the arse but I can understand how she felt in this instance. Sinead is only gone a couple of months and he is snogging another woman in the street.

Oh I don't know, it's been almost 4 months, in soap land that's more than enough time to totally forget someone. Look at poor Robert, shot dead, not mentioned since. No funeral, no service at the bistro, nothing.. like he never existed.

Beth is another massively annoying one (she was a total bitch to Roy's niece, when caught rummaging in the factory bins), but I can completely understand why she'd feel so pissed off at Daniel and Bethany. Sinead's body is barely cold in the ground!

I thought Robert might get a mention last night when Gary was talking to David, but nope!

It is such a common event to be murdered on the street people are forgotten quickly. Our street is probably the same size, no pub, shop, caff,factory though... but a lot less murder! It would be discussed for weeks if not years most places.
Poor Robert and his lovely Action Man appearance. But at least the dreadful Vicky is gone. (She was Vicky, Derry girl, wasnt she?)

Another one here hating Daniel for moving on with Bethany so quickly. Well actually he snogged her when Sinead was on her deathbed so he's definitely a twat. I quite fancied him before that. This beard though, he reminds me of when Forrest Gump when on his run.

Yeah I think Daniel’s being an arse with Bethany. He knows she’ll get dragged across the cobbles (metaphorically and perhaps literally) by auntie Beth. I wish wee Bethany could just have a nice relationship and not waste her time with Daniel, who just sees himself as this tragic, poetic figure.

And yes, Robert didn’t even have a funeral! You’d think at least a few folk from the Bistro might have attended. And probably Sean and Eileen for the drama.

Also in this day and age if Bethany wanted to expose Ray she’d just make the story go viral all over the internet, not type it up and send it off to some shonky super-local paper.

At least with Daniel there's chemistry. When Bethany dated I don't they ever held hands.

When Bethany dated Craig I don't think they even held hands.

No one is ever single for long in soap land. Well unless they are over 40ish anyway. Sarah, Maria, Daniel. All jump into bed with someone new before the sheets are even cold from an ex. Or so it seems to me.

Even if they aren't single they have a bit on the side. We had a visitor once who was horrified when I was looking out the window and said 'There's Alan with his fancy piece'. Then I discovered she was a fancy piece herself.
