That new cot they bought won't last the baby long, is have thought, they'll be out buying another son. I refused to buy a bedside crib for full price... £200 for something that would last a few months when there are plenty online second hand in fantastic condition cos test are hardly used. We spent more on the cotbed cos that will last us years.
Babies are expensive, especially the first though when you don't know what to get and just want to get everything.
I do feel sorry for Mo. He seems a nice lad.
However it's typical i think of TV. Syler's family are the only working class family. The rest are all middle class, or at least none of them look like they're struggling for money even if not rolling in it. But they always like to portray the working class this way on TV, in a more negative light.
Style and Mo probably don't have much of a choice but to live at home in the present. Also i kinda feel that the Syler it's kinda normal. He family are very close, all seem to live in to of each other in a small house and don't think much of it. To me that would be Hell on earth.
We don't know how much they are saving or not atm. I imagine a lot has gone on the baby so maybe be able to save a bit more in future. Hopefully.
Tbh a burger van isn't a great idea (money to set it up, regulations blah blah) but they did have been a little more supportive of him trying to find something else or something with more prospects. I don't working at a sauce factory offers a great deal and it's good he's at least thinking of it... Even if he did go and get scratch cards. I do wonder if that was the producers idea though? Just another stereotype to fit people into.
I mean, mum of 5 might have bought a scratch card, or Shabazz but they wouldn't have bothered showing that.
I loved the fanning couple. And he has a lovely voice. No wonder she likes him to sing to her. Also... I'd so love to live on a farm. Probably would hate it ha but to be outside and your children to grow up outside and doing practical things in beautiful countryside? Yeah...
