I’m not a fan of James’ after his ridiculous compulsory chivalry, but that last task wasn’t very fair, and I can’t blame him for being hacked off.

He couldn’t physically get the star past the crab, and Roman had similar issues trying to screw it back down on the other side. Neither had an issue with getting stuck in, both were fine with working while being nipped etc, but it just couldn’t be done.

I like Caitlyn more each day.

I’m a bit behind, but my opinion of James has massively changed! I find it completely patronising the way he spoke to Kate. I absolutely hate being treated differently in these situations for being female and I’m glad Kate spoke up!

Yep. Last part so obviously fixed. How fucking dare James shut down Kate like that? Just watched it again on Extra. Hopefully his fan base is diminishing rapidly after that. Shame no one backed her up. Richard Madeley just said James HATES losing anything and the failed task will play on his mind.

I’m sure the failed task will play on James’ mind. He won’t like getting his roast whilst people he likes miss out. It will upset his world view and make him angry at Kate- he wanted to be last on the list for this reason.

Ian has moaned about food so much and he’s a fairly well built guy so it seems odd they put him so low but maybe he insisted. I think that the slightly older men (James, Ian, Cliff) feel that they have to do more of the chivalrous thing compared to Roman/ Miles who were happy to be higher up the board.

The whole ‘women go first’ thing would have started to wind me up by now too. I’m really warming to Kate and it’s a shame none of the other women backed her up regarding not needing to be prioritised just because of her gender.

Kate wasn't the one virtue signaling! James was the order made no sense! how was Ian who has complained about food from the off 3rd from bottom!! It was ridiculous! The last task was rigged it always is but they also should have given up on the crab and moved on they could have got one or 2 but James was to determined to win it all for me!

And I can’t believe the other women sat there and didn’t say anything (maybe they did and it was cut out).
I also can’t believe we didn’t see any of the blokes speaking up and saying they wanted to eat.
