Why would Sarah be moping about Gary when she’s got Adam?? That man just isn’t appreciated on Corrie (Adam, not Gary - he’s over appreciated by the Corrie ladies!)

I think Sarah’s more worried about Maria tbh. Gary got really nasty with Sarah at the end and Maria was her friend.

I really do not want Maria to have Gary's baby. In real life I would not wish a miscarriage on anybody but this is not real life so I'm hoping Maria miscarries. At the same time I want her to find out the truth about Gary.

Yes, Rita is feeling sad - old and useless. She's far from that, she's a good friend to so many but people do feel like that sometimes.

It was nice to see Norris again. He looks no different!

Actually I quite like the Rita storyline - I think it makes you think at this time of year. Some older people seem so together and capable, but things only have to change a little, and it really throws them. Hope Jenny notices and makes an effort to include her. Don't like to see her feeling lonely and useless.

Rita had a brain tumour I think. Ken's cough turned into pneumonia and he was hospitalised for a while but he seems okay now.

Why have they given Norris a personality transplant? When he ran the Cabin he regarded Rita as his most dear friend and had huge respect for her, they went through a lot together over the many years, and she was the only one who could ever put him in his place! and now he turns up unannounced to the street, obviously had no intention of seeing Rita, was irritated that he had to go a have a cuppa with het, constantly looking at his watch, did not want her to go to the Rovers with him and basically did not give a shit about her, I know he is now married to Emily’s niece but it’s out of character to treat Rita like that, I did not like it!

I agree re Carla’s hair, it really needs a good cut, her dry split ends are very distracting. On the flip side Michelle’s hair is looking gorgeous, it’s so shiny. I wish Carla would get her mojo back, her wandering round the street with split ends, baggy cardigans, and ugg boots is not the Carla Conner I know and love, bring back Dynasty Carla please writers.

I agree- Carla is wasted as Peters sidekick/berries babysitter. She’s a business woman- get her back behind the wheel of a business and see her come to life again. It’s like seeing mike Baldwin being a lollipop man.

Not sure where the Rita storyline is going but it's not very gripping. Does she still see Sally as a friend? Years ago when Sally's girls were born, she was like a second mother to Sally, and opened money accounts for the girls when they were born. That friendship doesn't seem the same now.

Did they make Norris rush off to show he’s a bit under the thumb with Frieda? Also to just hammer home that Rita is always left alone at the end of the day when everyone else goes home to their loved ones and she’s got no one.

Most of the Street's residents are unplanned, e.g: Gail, Sarah, David, Max, Harry, Jake, Oliver, Jack, Bethany and I'm sure many more. Maybe the Health Centre needs to extend its Family Planning services?
