Sorry I missed a few years of Corrie being overseas. Can someone please explain about Fizz and John Stapes as I’ve never heard of him so don’t know the background.

From what I can recall.. fizz was married to Stape. Hope is John Stapes daughter which means Jade and Hope are half sisters. Not sure why jade is trying to get Hope taken away from Fizz as some.kind of revenge as John Stape died in a crash, don't remember fizz having anything to do with it..

I get distracted by Tyrone and Fiz’s living room. It sets off a migraine.

John stape was a bad’un. He kidnapped Rosie Webster and held her hostage in a hotel? Room. And he also killed some people. Then he hid out in the roofspace of Fiz’s house without her knowing. He gave me the willies jade looks scarily like him. grin]

Was it his Mother's house , very deserted .

I so hope this isn't going to be another long, dragged out storyline like Phelan - where we all end up screaming at our screens.

Haven't we already had a dad - daughter revenge storyline recently? There was the girl who plotted against Bethany, her dad was the corrupt policeman in Nathan's sex ring. I can't remember her name as I was too distracted by her lips whenever she spoke. In true Corrie style she was never mentioned again after she kidnapped Bethany.

Kayley? Was that her name? I only remember the lips too!

What about the daughter of the guy Gary killed? She was sniffing around for ages and then she just disappeared. I'm sure she'll make an appearance seeking revenge at some point!

How old is jade say mid 20s. It said on the grave stone that he was born in 1978 so he would be 41 now. So did he father jade aged 15? Possible I guess but really.
Jades parents are Tyrone and that loony WPC he was with so they are step sisters not half sisters?

Hope is John stape and Fiz’s daughter.

So jade and hope are half sisters.

Ruby’s parents are Tyrone and Kirsty. So ruby is step sister of Hope.

I forgot about Rubeh's mum, crazy Kirsty. I'm sure she's due a reappearance soon in a revenge or custody battle storyline.

Wouldn't it be nice to have a 'normal' family for one?!

I think Amy is the only child in recent memory whose parents are a) both alive and b) married to each other. One's a murderer and the other has been married 7 times but never mind.

There was a post upthread pointing out that every child or teenager on the street ( and there are at least twelve ) are not living with both biological parents. Apart from Amy!

I think Becky went off to live in Spain or Portugal? I’m not sure what she does though. I’ll never forget the scene of her on the top of the factory fire escape pissed as a fart in her wedding dress.
