Classic Brookside - Why Not?

I was just thinking, with all these repeat showings of 'classic' soaps like Corrie, Emmerdale and Holby City, I would love to see Brookside again.

Starting from the very first episode, please! It was November 1982.

Where has all that time gone....

The scene when Damon died has to be one of the most haunting death scenes I've ever watched. Certainly the only one that stayed with me.

I believe so Sally ,I expect they get pissed off with all the visitors! I read some where that when the producers of Brookside commissioned the houses to be be built ,they insisted every house was different to reflect different size families ,so there was a four bedroom detached,two bedroom bungalow etc.

Imagine living in Brookside close ? I wonder if the residents have as much drama as the fictional residents!😂

Ooh @chipsychopsy do you think channel 4 might be testing the waters a bit? For a classic brookside run, I mean.
I hope so! I watch episodes on YouTube, but to be honest they are all over the place, jumping from one year to the next.

In the first episode they mention the parking. I think it looks ripe for a parking thread.
