I think it's quite sad that only 6 of the islanders were genuine applicants. If the producers want certain people, they may as well go back to the original concept of LI when they had actual celebrities on it rather than all these wannabees.

Because Marvin etc probably played up massively what they would be like in the villa. Like that one guy I have forgotten his name but before he went in he was making out he was going to go for Amy and he really fancied (casa amor I think). I don't think I actually heard him speak once

They have probably scouted people via modelling ages etc because of what happened to Sophie & Mike. They think if they choose people who are used to the cameras and media pressure then less damage control required for them. MM had hundreds of thousands of subscribers already and Tom, Arabella, Jordan etc

I read Greg liked Maura before going in. Maybe scouting people who are in the public eye already is a safer bet for their mental health?

Amy, Michael and Joe didn’t know how to play the ‘game’, none of them were scouted?!

The others were far more savvy and self aware.

They’ve certainly been whitened and has she had more veneers put in? They look painted on!

Why oh why do people do this? Her teeth looked fine before, if not a bit 'bright' ... now they look so much more unnatural, I really don't see the appeal. Such a shame, she is naturally so pretty, doesn't need all these add-ons.

If she's had her teeth done, it's so strange (and sad) that it was literally one of the first things she did within days of coming back.

Also has anyone noticed neither Tommy or MM have posted on Instagram? I know the finalists have all been filming their returns home this week but it's just strange that they, esp MM as an influencer, haven't posted a single thing. Unless it's some sort of planned thing to create more hype when they finally post.

There are rumours swirling that they have split due to their lack of social media presence but more likely they’re plotting an OK style magazine fanfare.

Yeah I don't think they've split (yet) - did someone on one of these threads say they are contracted to stay in their couples for media stuff? I think it's intentional for some reason... OK magazine deal sounds very likely!!
