Poor Amber - I don't think either Gregg or Michael actually fancy her and she knows it and just has to play along with it - very awkward.

Michael moved on ages ago and Gregg is on too different a level intellectually to be genuinely interested imo - I think it's obvious he's been advised by the producers.

Oh now I do think they both fancy her. Maybe Michael more so. But I think Greg does too.

I think the only person Michael truly fancies is himself.

Argh, the assumption that everything is directed by the producers is driving me a bit mad. I know they are influencing the stories but the cast aren’t just mindlessly following orders and going after a specific person on instruction. I think Greg likely got selected BECAUSE he was most interested in Amber and therefore likely to stir up some drama. I think Francesca most likely got told to get in there and steal someone’s man like a contestant from a previous series. But I think it’s a bit daft to think the producers are saying: ‘now you need to like Amber, now you need to like Joanna’ etc. I’m sure there is suggestion, persuasion and game playing on all sides. But it just isn’t believable to say things like ‘Maura has been instructed to go for Curtis’. Encouraged, maybe. But they are most likely encouraging existing preferences, not fabricating new ones out of nowhere.

Don't try and justify the crap you spouted, that was shameful and nothing to do with this thread. Yes I suspect Greg and Molly Mae are probably better matched intellectually but I suspect Amber is probably a much nicer person. (Plus is much better looking IMO)

I'm really liking how a lot of the women this season have BALLS. I'm in my 50s so not sure if this is how young women are these days or if it's just this bunch.

I don't think Michael likes amber, I don't think he liked Joanna either. He just likes female attention and thinks only if himself, he's making a play for amber now because he has no other options in there, he is a blatant liar and I think she's sussed that out by now.

I've just been googling, and yes, easy to find via google (esp when you search for Silly Salmon, not salmon leap). I found it in an online article on 6 things you might have missed on Love Island.

I think it's getting a bit samey now - Curtis /Francesca /Maura is now amber/Michael/ gregg it's all Ovie metaphoring, mollie scheming, Maura shouting random words on sex (reminds me of Father Ted)

What's the history of silly salmon? My kids were doing it on hols last summer... I didn't realise it's a 'thing'.
