I reckon Joe was supposed to be someone like Jack from last years series but hes more like Joe from You on Netflix

lilpumpsmum · 16/06/2019 23:02

Jordan is much nicer with dark hair. Not the bleached top looking like dry ramen noodles

ffaith · 16/06/2019 23:02

The aftersun giving Anton free publicity just before a possible public vote. So if he lands in the bottom 2 least compatible couples he will survive.

carmenbea · 16/06/2019 23:03

Yes 100% bet the producers are livid as this year they have all sorts to deal with with Sheriff getting kicked off and all the girl gang culture on top of creepy controlling joe

unique1986 · 16/06/2019 23:05

Jordan has dodgy teeth.

Totur · 16/06/2019 23:05

I don't know where you all saw Maura having a date with a newbie?
I'm watching ITV2 Confused

unique1986 · 16/06/2019 23:06

I would say from the brief clip the other new guy looks wise probably a 10/10
Perfect face

Not sure on that the have someone each week last week it was Curtis might be a coincidence

fancynancyclancy · 16/06/2019 23:09

Joe clearly isn’t into Lucie, he just wants to win.

Pieceofpurplesky · 16/06/2019 23:12

Amy is like that girl you all like when you first start school and think she is lovely and sweet and pretty. But then you see the real her and she is ugly inside.
Curtis has gone in knowing that Jack and Dani won last year by being nice and that's his game plan.

DustOffYourHighestHopes · 16/06/2019 23:13

Watching late but this is all really strange. I’ve got a very mixed sex group of friends. The whispering with Anton and bizarre flirty games is NOT just a friendship and not appropriate behaviour unless you’re single. In my view.

SlipperOrchid · 16/06/2019 23:14

Plus weren’t the girls friends with her in the beginning?

It is very obvious they feel threatened by her. WTF would grown adults try to insist on another grown adult being their friend? What adult doesn't accept that other people are different and instead whisper to each other. They are a pack mentality. Its disturbing and getting potentially distressing to watch. Lucie has NEVER done anything to them other than distance herself because she obviously sees right through them and doesn't want to be part of it.

MoominMantra · 16/06/2019 23:14

It's a good point that Amy is going to struggle when she comes out. She does seem quite unhinged.

itswinetime · 16/06/2019 23:15

Season 1 was the only series won by a couples not together from the start. Everyone knows this going in I think it's on all their minds

SlipperOrchid · 16/06/2019 23:15

Exactly this. You have it spot on.

fancynancyclancy · 16/06/2019 23:18

But Lucie was whispering when they were sitting in a group, that is rude.

Also I thought Lucie & Amy had squashed their precious beef but everyone including the boys thought she was a bit full on in the food fight.

Sorry I just don’t buy the whole Lucie is innocent & lovely & the girls don’t like her because she doesnt want to sit with them & discuss lipgloss. It’s much more complex then that.

MoominMantra · 16/06/2019 23:20

@fancynancyclancy you don't bully someone just because they whispered something. There is no excuse for Amy's behaviour. Every possible chance she gets she's bitching about Lucie. Lucie hasn't done anything to any of them at all.

unique1986 · 16/06/2019 23:24

I wonder why Amy cares so much.. she's 26 and Lucie is only 21.
Amy should just stick to the older girls.

unique1986 · 16/06/2019 23:25

I find Lucie very immature.
Like she's 17.

ffaith · 16/06/2019 23:29

Where Joe is concerned the floppy hair is quite misleading. He seems rigid and conservative. I suspect Lucie is a bit disappointed. Never judge a book by it's cover.

NotSoSorry · 16/06/2019 23:34

Tommy still wants Lucie ❤ (I hope they get together)
Lucie is getting a hard time for no reason
Amy is a bitch who plays the victim
Joe is a control freak and should be avoided
Amber is a stirring arsehole
Yewande seems nice but a bit of a sheep
I love that Maura just doesn't give a shit

fancynancyclancy · 16/06/2019 23:36

MoominMantra Admittedly I’m pretty thick skinned but I just don’t see it as bullying. Amber told Lucie that Amy was crying (yes, an overreaction) but Joe has been saying the same things about Lucies lack of interaction. Of course she doesn’t have to mix with the girls but then it’s unrealistic to expect the girls to not discuss it or be as close to her as the other girls. It’s normal behaviour that if someone shuts of from you, you shut off from them. Plus their behaviour is under a microscope in there & they have little else to focus on.

itswinetime · 16/06/2019 23:37

Lucie isn't perfect in this the whispering in a group is rude. Maybe she did go to far in the food fight but she said her self she just went for it. She genuinely thought everyone was and her dress was just as wrecked as Amy's so they all had a good go. The girls reaction was totally OTT they could have just said look amy is really upset and let lucie do something. There was just no need to come at her like amber did.

Just like there was no need for amber to get up from the group go over to joe and make a comment on tommy and Lucie it was obvious he saw no one needed to but fuel on that fire!

unique1986 · 16/06/2019 23:39

All the boys had haircuts lol
