I enjoyed this episode. Would have been nice to have a bit more flirting with the judge before they hopped in the sack though.

Wasnt Craig Parkinson's wife (Susan Lynch) in it last week maybe their son will appear in next weeks episode

I've just watched the first episode and thought it was pretty average. The worst thing was that the mum and daughter subplot didn't move at all - nothing to do with Susan Lynch, just terrible writing. A lot of these ITV dramas are dumbed down, I think. I guess Rob Lowe really needs the money.

A quick Google shows his net worth of $60 million so not actually sure he needs the money TBF.

Maybe he wanted a winter break in Boston? Can't think why else he'd do it, tbh.

He said he fancied doing something different. The filming schedule is so full on for US dramas and we tend to do it slower and better quality (which is why our TV series are so short). He was in You Me and the Apocolypse as well so I don't think he does it for the money.

The young DC is played by Bronwyn James; she was also brilliant in Harlots, playing alongside the fantastic Samantha Morton. The Grauniad called it telly 'stuffed to the heaving bosom with sex, gin and glorious insults'.

Not sure how to describe it Blondes, I am enjoying it as I get to see Rob Lowe in uniform. The stories are a bit far fetched but it's a nice hour of escapism.

It's pure escapism the stories are highly unlikely.

I like it. It's far fetched but just nice easy to watch and funny. You just have to not think to deeply about some of it

I have watched the first episode but the Sky+ cut off the last 15 mins. I read the plot summary on the internet where it says SPOILER ALERT that the girl threw herself off a wind turbine and etc etc. But what happened to the rest of the body? And whose freezer was it? Was his explained in the show?

I really enjoyed it. I absolutely love Rob Lowe, the plots aren't all that, but it really made me chuckle, and it's just so great to see RL. I hope it gets a second season

Just watched the last episode. I enjoyed the series, I think the cast is great but the writing is dreadful.

Rob Lowe, the daughter, Muriel and Tony Pitts are all very good. How can Rob Lowe still look so great?

It needs tightened up a lot re storyline and writing. A shame as i think Rob Lowe does a good turn in that type of almost comedy stuff.
