Mine has to be Giles and Mary they are hilarious.
I was creasing last night imagining Giles frisbeeing a popadom across the room 😂😂

My favourites are Sophie and Pete, even if his recent shorts were really creepy.

stofi · 04/04/2019 18:35

June was on TV today, she's written a book and seems really well.

I'm surprised no one's mentioned the Asian girls, Amira on the left cracks me up.

icelollycraving · 04/04/2019 18:52

There’s loads I like. Giles and Nutty are my favourites. I love Lee & Jenny. She reminds me of some of my aunties who were basically my mum’s friend’s in the 70s.
I didn’t notice the swearing from the daughter, I’m quite a potty mouth though.
There are some moments on it which really made me well up. When they watched Gladiator and Jenny said how she hoped heaven was like that. In fact thinking of it now, it’s made me get a bit of a lump in my throat. I am soppy though.
I love gogglebox.

AllTheFunAndGames · 04/04/2019 18:54

Giles and Maaaary. I love their banter. Grin

littlemeitslyn · 04/04/2019 19:35

Michael Hutchence 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

cittigirl · 04/04/2019 19:40

The Siddiquis are my favourite, I love the others too but I'm not a fan of the brother and sister. Her laugh seems fake. Not keen on the new Essex family or the new Steph and Dom either. The 2 sisters are wearing a bit thin now too.

shaddywaddy · 04/04/2019 19:42

Used to love Silent Jay

cittigirl · 04/04/2019 19:47

Oh I'm also not keen on the ones from Brighton though I like the son

Doghorsechicken · 04/04/2019 19:53

I used to love Steph and Dom, now my favourites are Giles & Mary and Pete & Sophie. Both make me laugh!

Deadringer · 04/04/2019 20:03

I love the Siddiquis too, especially the brother who sits in the middle. Also Lee and Jenny and the two older ladies, I can never remember their names. I love gogglebox, the Irish version is brilliant too.

BlueMerchant · 04/04/2019 20:17

Stephen is my favorite. I like it when his mum is on. They've my style if humour and so quick witted.
I think 'Michael Hutchence' comes across as having no charism or personality.
I like the two Yorkshire girls too.

Merril · 04/04/2019 20:36

Love The Siddiquis, Mary and Marina and Jenny and Lee.

Don't like the brother and sister. Couldn't work out if they were a couple to start with. I liked the gay couple when it was the previous chap but also went off him after I read that article and the Michael Hutchence lookalike looks like he's really conscious that the camera's on him all the time. He's a personality vacuum.

I absolutely loathed the Vicar who used to be on. So glad she's left, she made me want to put my foot through the telly.

franke · 04/04/2019 20:40

I think the strength of the show lies in how decent and genuine the people are. There's so much warmth between them all. There's nobody I don't like and I think we can all recognise the "family next door". I particularly like the pairs of women. Has anyone mentioned the two friends Amira and Iqra? I really like the two girls from County Durham too. They're just sweet and good natured. I don't think anyone on the show is stupid - there's a lot of wisdom and good sense.

fblake · 04/04/2019 20:47

I love Giles and Mary and the fact that they call each other Nutty! Did you see the French and Saunders version of them?! 😂

Lllot5 · 04/04/2019 20:50

I like the siddiqis, Pete and Sophie. That welsh man’ s neck must be in agony the way he sits.

Katinkka · 04/04/2019 20:54

I love the Welsh couple, Giles and Mary, the Leeds girls and the Blackpool brother and sister. It’s one of my favourite programmes. I love gogglebox

hawaii507 · 04/04/2019 20:55

The Siddiquis and the Manchester dad.

IsabelleSE19 · 04/04/2019 21:12

Siddiquis here too, but I like most of them. Not the new Essex family though!

Chickenwing · 04/04/2019 21:31

I like The Siddiqui family, Jenny & Lee, Amira & Iqra, Peter and Sophie, Mary and Marina, Dave and Shirley and Ellie and Izzie

Cant stand Mary & Jiles or the Lampard family (new one with sweaty daughter, she is awful get her off!!!) Also the 2 old posh people annoy me..

The rest are meh!! Also..I didnt realise I had so many opinions about this Haha

Honeyroar · 04/04/2019 21:40

I love the Siddiquis, they have a wonderful humour and intelligence.

Lee and Jenny, again for their humour, they even laugh at themselves.

The two Welsh ladies are incredibly sweet and their naivety is hilarious.

Not keen on the bitchy brother and sister, the hairdresser (quite glad his mum has gone, she just sniggered at anything he said, whether it was funny or not. And he is sooo punching above his weight with that new guy!)

notso · 04/04/2019 22:02

Lee and Jenny crack me up and I love the Siddiquis and the Welsh couple. Ralph can be hilarious too.

I miss June and Leon, Steph and Dom, The Moffat family and Sandy and Sandra (?)

I can't stand the screechy UKIP family (although it wouldn't be gogglebox without them) or those gormless geordie lasses and that awful sweary Essex woman with the frozen forehead.

clary · 04/04/2019 22:10

I love Jenny and Lee, he is so funny with his sardonic eyebrow.

I also like the Siddiquis (lovely IRL) and Pete and Sophie with their crazy mugs, I proper LOLd at them last night.

I like the famil in Brighton with the Greek dad and the gorgeous children, the mum is always doing something else, I like that. Who are the people with the huge dogs? The dads facial expressions are funny.

I love goggle box.

DameDiazepamTheDramaQueen · 04/04/2019 22:12

Pete and Sophie, make me laugh every week 😊
